Sprint Store By California Wireless Solutions

This is a review on behalf of my family who purchased the new plan.
They do have the initial Sprint Plans like cheaper prices, new phones, rebates, the cut your bill in half, get a contract, send your old phone and get gift cards, etc. Definately cheaper! The three guys were really great salesmen, and were really nice. They were willing to shake our hands, call us by name, and etc. They remember us everytime we walk by.
However, this is where the nice guys finish last. Really read up before you buy because these guys didn’t tell us everything. My dad went through alot to submit some form, and it took forever. Initially he was going to go to the sprint store after purchasing the phone, but the Actual Sprint store in the same mall says they don’t take those companies. That’s because California wireless is not really part of sprint as I think, but they are just selling under Sprint. We also realize from reading, the phones are not ours to keep, they are rentals (that is why you can trade these for newer phones). If you loose them, you have to pay for it. Then recently, Sprint sent us a notice about our rebate telling us if we don’t sent those phones in, we have to pay $ 600.
Forme, I’m having problems with my phone as I only have 3G network, even though specifically we are paying for 4GLTE. Everyone else is fine for some reason.
From previous phone purchases, long waits of activation are expected, so make sure you have plenty of time before purchasing.
If you want the actual sprint company, go to the license store or make sure to read up all the terms before selling them. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!

They have a technician there (Chris) that is AMAZING. I’ve had a problem with my phone that both Apple AND Sprint have been unable to solve. There are pages and pages of stuff online about the same «unsolvable» problem. Chris figured out, patiently, what the problem was, and I don’t have the problem anymore!!! He’s amazing!!!

The technician who fixes broken phones definately needs to take some customer service classes. I was very unhappy on how he’s way of fixing my broken screen was by paying $ 400 — might as well buy a new phone. He was very rude and didn’t offer any alternative options. NEVER GOING BACK!

horrible service, manager told me I would get a rebate and it turned out he was wrong. I not only did not get the rebate but the Sprint service is worse than ATT. I was disappointed that none of this store’s staff knew there is no 4G service here in the Evergreen Area of San Jose… yet they’re promoting it heavily in the area. There is spotty reception all the way down I5 to LA also. I’ll stick with ATT when my contract is up

Wow absolutely the worst customer service ever. It was so bad that Erik admitted to lying to my wife and another told her that she was given «the run-​around»
I would never ever recommend anyone to go here.

Really long wait lines. Need to staff better.
Big employee turnover so the keep losing their best employees.

I’ve been to multiple Sprint stores. Most are just okay at best. This one was meh.
Pro: Not busy, no appointment needed. Helped get my contacts onto my new phone from my old phone that was kaput. Able to get a phone transferred from another store.
Con: Didn’t tell me about all the charges associated with changing my phone to one that actually worked (magic– $ 36 extra!). Insisted I was eligible for a rebate which I’m probably not actually eligible for given previous experiences (so likely goodbye to another $ 50). Signed me up for a service that I didn’t want (that I had purposefully had removed from my account previously) without asking ($ 8 a month). Workers were kind of slow in getting everything set up for me to actually pay. Not a great stock of phones on hand.
I desperately needed a new phone because my old one spontaneously died (even though it was under warranty still), so I bought one here. Not worth the extra $ 94 initially and then having to contact Sprint personally to get things fixed. I don’t think I’d come back next time I need a new phone.

the hunt for Samsung’s Note 3 began at 10am today — we hit up 4 stores to no avail — the 4^th one at Mccarthy ranch was particularly annoying:
«Do you guys have any note 3s?»
«yes»
“great!”
“we just sold the last one“
then say you are out in the first place instead of getting our hopes up — yeesh
then we started calling ahead… the bascom one in campbell said they put a black one on hold — we go there and they claim to have no record of our reservation and there were none available… just fess up and say an employee erroneously reserved one that was already claimed instead of saying that there was no reservation in the first place…
the one on tully gave us different responses to our calls — i called and they said they had note 3s but couldn’t reserve any for us — the bf called and they said they couldn’t say whether they had any due to security reasons… wtf?
finally got in touch with ernesto at this location and to sum things up, he finished off our 5 hour sour search on a very sweet note (pun intended =P)

Carlos and his current team are amazing, I had been to this location before, but the staff was never really that helpful. This location is a little off the beaten path, I found it by mistake one day. Few people know about this location but once you find them you will never go anywhere else. My mother is visiting from Mississippi and plans to upgrade her phones at this location before she leaves town!!!

They made a mistake when they set up my account, Carlos, the manager, has been unable to fix things.
Sprint owes me $ 208 for this mistake, and this needs to be fixed in the store where the transaction occurred.
Beware purchasing here a new contract — these guys make mistakes and they don’t follow through …

I have been here twice, I should of learned my lesson the first time. The first time I got a girl who was more concerned with texting on her own phone then helping me. I was PURCHASING a phone and she was texting while ringing me up and giggling at the text she was getting. I was so irritated with how this was so not appropriate and unprofessional and went on the whole time she was supposed to be helping me.
Well I decided to return to pay my bill… PAY MY BILL! You would think this would be something they do everyday. It was like dealing with someone who walked off the street and just had no clue as to what I was talking about. I kept thinking «This seriously can not be happening.» This girl had no idea what she was doing and it didnt even bother her. She kept yelling for the guy in the back to help her but he was too busy and never came out to help her. I WALKED OUT. This was way too much for me.
DON’T EVEN BOTHER IF YOU WANT QUESTIONS ANSWERED OR YOUR BILL PAID. Its basically people just there hanging out and customer service is not their thing!

The store was hard to find at first but it was in the Plaza where Nob Hill Food. There was much of a line so I got a lot of attention and help with what phone to decide on. I had to wait about fifteen minutes, but it was well worth the wait (just browsed their phone selection while I waited). Kalani came over to assist me. I explained to him what I wanted and what was out there and he gave me a good insight on all the product that match my needs.
He explained some of new/​cool/​fun applications of some of their new phones and showed me a demo. I decided on the Samsung Note II.
He also help set my phone up so I was ready to go once I left the store. He helped me create a Google account and waited patiently as I tried to think of a user name that wasn’t taken and slowly try to type it out. He also hooked my phone up to a machine that copied the numbers saved on my old phone to my new one.
I really appreciate the time he took to get me setup. I recommend this location to all Sprint service user because there wasn’t a hug line like the own at the mall.
Best customer service I have received in a long time!

I went into Sprint a few days ago as I was having issues with my iPhone. (The store is near the corner of Santa Teresa and Bernal Road, across from Bank of America and next door to Taco Bell) The customer service was very good. The employee helping me, I believe his name was Kalani, was very informative and helpful he gave me some tips on how to quick fix the issues I was having with my phone. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking to buy a new one or have questions about their phone. I gave them 5 stars because I have been to other Sprint stores and they were either rude and unhelpful or just way too busy. I will be coming back here in the future to get a new phone when my contract is up.

I have to admit the customer service was great, but there is a division among phones. One likes the Android 2.2 and the other the windows phone. I first got the Samsung Epic, but the phone wasted a lot of battery and it only lasted me for 8 hours. I went back a couple of days later, but they convinced me to keep the phone for a little bit longer. The guy Javier was friendly and gave me discounts on some of the phones. After three weeks, I went with the Windows phone and they exchanged it with me no problems and have me the phone overview.
Sprint service is better than Verizon in customer service, but I do miss the high coverage rate Verizon offers, but I am saving $ 30 dollars a month though and get unlimited everything.
