History

Established in 2010.

As the owner of Spitfire Computers, I talked with many people regarding their needs and wants of owning a computer. Here is what I found out:

1. They didn’t want to drive and fight traffic to have their computer repaired.

2. They were unsure how to reconnect all the cables on the back of the pc.

3. Rude or inconsiderate customer service personnel.

4. Long waiting period to get the pc returned.

Spitfire Computers saw a need for the home user.

1. Provide only house calls at no extra charge — «Leave the driving to us»

2. Inform the user and provide help — Answer questions in terms the customer understands.

3. Accommodate the user — be courteous and friendly — we are there to help you.

4. Reduce waiting time — most computers can be repaired in 1 day.
