Smile Pro Dental

I recently did scaling there and seriously, it was the best experience in my life. I’ve been to more than 10 or even 15 different dental throughout my life and I’ve done similar number of scaling as well. Among all those time, I have never had this level of service. It was extremely well done, super fast, didn’t hurt, and just great. I’m so willing to do other dental services here. (Not that I’m saying I am waiting for more dental issues in my life but once I do, I will come back to this dental. =))
And guys, I think the dentist has changed from the old reviews. It’s no longer Dr.Wong. It was Dr. Ohm so please take that into consideration when you are reading the old ones.

A while back, I needed a couple of root canal therapies, dental crowns, and some fillings. The first dentist I went to left me in the middle of a root canal to attend another patient, leaving me alone with my mouth open for more than half an hour. By the time she returned, the numbness had worn off and I was in tears from pain. To make matters worse, she was unable to finish the treatment, so I decided to opt for another dentist.
Dr. Ohm finished the rest of my lengthy treatment plan. Under his care, I was not left alone in the middle of my treatment, and the procedures were finished without pain. He’s very swift: In all my appointments so far, he has kept good time without rushing. He also offered a huge discount due to my lack of dental insurance.
Unlike the last dentist, who cared about only money and prioritized quantity over quality, Dr. Ohm cares about his patients while maintaining proficiency.

I visited Smilepro dental for the first time today. I just needed a cleaning this time ;)…will be coming back… Very happy with all the staff Christine, Stephanie and Dr Ohm.

I have been coming to see Dr. Ohm for about 2 years now. I never thought customer service played a big role in dentistry, but now that I have experienced unparalleled care, my previous dentist seems mediocre. Dr. Ohm has made the process easy, comfortable and as stress-​free as a dental appointment can be. He explains what he is doing, and allows clients to ask as many questions as they like, so there are no surprises. He is truly friendly and interested in you as a patient and a person. Dr. Ohm is always trying to improve the experience for his customers, and he genuinely cares for their comfort. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a new dentist.

The receptionist was very kind and caring, but the dentist was NOT. All he cares about was money. His disrespect towards the patient made me so unpleasant. Hello, dentist, we certainly CAN afford that much money.

I went to see Dr. Wong right before thanks giving for Root Canals. I worried that if there is any uncomfortable, I will have to suffer for the whole week. Surprisingly, I felt nothing the next day, it just like nothing had happened. It showed how skillful he is. I would recommend him to any one who need his service.
