I have been using D&D carpet care twice a year, for the last 6 years. Before that, my mother used their services periodically. Don does a great job every time! Would highly recommend.

Great service! Don was professional and friendly and carpets look great and dried quickly! Scheduling was a great experience as well, spoke with a person, no voicemail or answering service. Highly recommend and will for sure use them again!

We have an 80-​pound Black Lab dog and beige carpets. Needless to say, our carpets can get extremely dirty. A friend recommended D&D Carpet Care and we have used them for several years now. Don is very professional and thorough. He manages to get out stains that I was sure were permanent and the carpet dries in a very short time. The price is always very reasonable for the quality of work that is done and Don always lets me know how much it will cost before he starts the work. He even gave us a complimentary bottle of spot cleaner that did an excellent job of removing stains in-​between major cleanings. I would definitely recommend D&D Carpet Care!

We’ve had our carpets since we moved into our home almost 15 years ago. They’re old, they’re worn, they’re supposed to be off-​white, but most of the time they’re more of a dingy-​beige with grey pathways. My husband wears shoes inside, plus we have a 3 year old and a herd of cats. So, I try to get the carpets cleaned about once a year. About six months later I realize they’re looking trashed again, but I put up with it until a big event– usually our summer party (also our son’s birthday). Last summer, two days before my mother-in-law’s arrival for her grandson’s birthday, I looked down and realized, «Crap, the carpets have been trashed for the past six months. Again.» Despite previous experience and my better judgement, I desperately called the four-​letter-​word place (What, you don’t think that’s a four-​letter-​word? Have you *used* them?), and they said their next available would be the following week. Nope.
I turned to Unilocal and found D&D. Short notice was no problem, and they did such a great job that I didn’t whine about wanting hardwood floors for probably the whole next six months! And, since D&D’s prices are so reasonable, I had them come back this week instead of waiting until summer. They use some kind of eco-​friendly ChemDry-​like process, so the carpets are dry in a few hours (whereas areas of Cº!t’s work would still be damp the next morning, and still dingy). My 3 year old wanted to (ahem) «help» of course, and fortunately Don was great with my little guy. Don’s very good-​natured, and can explain the whole «like vegan for rugs» process in detail. All I know is that in just a few hours my carpets looked amazingly clean, and a short while after that they were dry too.
FYI, it’s probably better to get a morning appointment with D&D. We originally tried for an afternoon last week and had to reschedule because a previous job had taken too long. Other than that, I highly recommend Don and D&D.

I have used D & D Carpet Care since the early 90’s for my business and my home (which was huge). Dan always does a premier job. He knows carpet fibers and will get your carpet the cleanest possible. D & D uses only the most effective chemicals that do not leave an odor or residue in the carpet. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I am a Realtor and have been recommending D & D Carpet Care to my clients for several years because of the great feedback I get from them but I got a real sense of what kind of job this company does when I had them clean very dirty carpets in my own commercial building. Don spent several hours cleaning the muck and gum that was ground into the very high traffic areas of the hallway carpet. He was even on his hands and knees for over an hour! I’m sure it was more than he bargained for but he remained cheerful and accommodating. This is a family run business so even the appointment setting was a pleasant experience with the mom, Charlotte.
I will not have my carpets cleaned by anyone else. Kudos to them for taking such pride in hard work. It is so refreshing!

Fabulous carpet cleaning! My carpets haven’t looked this great in years. He also left me a nice bottle of cleaner for spots should I get more. He also offered to come back if stains reappear, so I feel like it was an investment in the carpet’s future too ;)

I have Don clean our carpets at home as well as my business and he always does a great job!

I have kids that never listen to me to take off their shoes. Because of that, I had dirt and grease stains on beige berber carpet. The technician did an awesome job cleaning the carpets including the stairs. My carpets never looked so clean. They also dried in about 3 hours. I was amazed! In fact, a funny story… I found out that the tech knew how to clean a pool filter. I also hired him clean it on a different day. Since then, he has cleaned my carpet 3 times and also cleaned my girlfriends light beige carpets including her stairs that were black from her kids never taking off their shoes. I am definitely going to continue to use D&D Carpet Care.

They came to our home as soon as we called them. We were having a family party at the last minute. Our carpet hadn’t been cleaned in some time. When they were done the carpet look like new. There were deep stains left by our friends kids and you would never know there any any stain at all. D & D also used a deodorizer that had a real clean fresh smell. They even cleaned our throw rugs. It was the second time we used them and would use them again.

Ive never posted, but was soo impressed by D & D that I had too. I had my carpets cleaned six month ago by another company with a truck mounted steamer. They did an o.k. job carpets took over a day to dry and i had a few spots still. Sinse then I aquired two puppies who are still not fully potty trained and very stained carpet. D and D used carbonated water and machine with a rotating pad. The guy worked his butt off, after he spent extra time with an «extractor» to remove the spots. He spent over a half hour with a rag and special chemical to remove a ball point pen mess off my white carpet (Damn Dog). Very knowledgable. You pay a little more but get the best.

Tech guy arrived on time-​ish. FYI, if you want them to clean where TV sets or heavy furniture normally sit, they won’t do it. They only move light furniture. They did put my wooden bookshelf on foam blocks explaining how the moisture wouldn’t be good for the wood. The tech talked too much and turned an hour job into a 2 hour job. For the price, it was decent. I have 2 young children and was curious how dirty our 2 year old carpet had gotten. The tech said it was in good condition and showed me the brush he used to clean up. He was right! I probably could have saved some money and cleaned the carpet myself if I had the time and energy.

When the technician came, he worked very fast, like he was in a rush. He did not do any spot cleaning even though there were spots in the carpet. He charged me for carpet under a pool table even though he did not clean there.
A long time later I realized that there were still many small spots and two or three large area spots.
They were nice enough to come back a whole 5 months later even though their guarantee only lasts 30 days, but apparently this was just to pacify me. The same technician came out and said he was only allowed to work for 15 minutes. He tried denying that the leftover spots were original. He told me they can’t remove this one or that one, insisting they were water stains (they aren’t). He started working on two spots but, even though stuff was coming out, he insisted that the spots were permanent.
Maybe I was a little inattentive. Maybe I should have contacted them within the 30 days. Or maybe my carpet should have been cleaned properly the first time.
I would not recommend them.

Came really late but did a great job for the price. And carpet dry in less than two hours. I would recommend.
