I will never come back to this office for any reason. Dr. Hagshenas will attempt to do work far and above his capabilities. He broke one of my implants and never did anything to fix it. Years later I spent much money trying to fix his mistakes. Yes, he is very very pleasant and cordial but you cannot trust him to do anything beyond the very basic dental work. Fair warning: any complex work he does will cause you problems down the line.

Dr Hagshenas is the best dentist I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to quite a few. Due to a bad experience I had a while ago, I now have dental phobias. Because of this, I’ve bounced from dentist to dentist and now will only see dentists who offer sedation which is how I came upon SVSS. What keeps me going back to Dr. Hagshenas is a few things:
–The Office: His office is beautiful, extremely classy, and goes without saying; spotless. In the waiting room there is a mini fridge with waters. There are 2 tvs for each chair; one tv for pulling up pictures of your teeth and xrays and one tv on the ceiling to watch netflix, Amazon prime, and listen to Pandora.
–His staff: They are top notch, professional, and just completely friendly. It’s like you’re family when you’re there. I’ve worked with Stephanie directly for the most part and I love her! She is so sweet and personable. She helps make going to the dentist a pleasant experience.
–Pricing: For the level of service and the environment, the pricing is VERY reasonable.
–Last but certainly not least, Dr. Hagshenas himself. He’s extremely sweet and professional as well. When you first see him you do a consult and he goes over a treatment plan with you. At no time did I feel pressured to do anything that I didn’t want to do. He understood my phobias and worked with me and he put all the decision making in my hands. He tries to get you the most bang for your buck and schedules things out so that your out of pocket expenses are as low as possible and so that you can use your FSA.
During procedures, his skill level is clearly evident. He’s precise, gentle, and keeps things as pain free as possible. He assesses need and does whatever it takes within reason to keep you comfortable. I had 3 wisdom teeth pulled and even given my phobias, it really wasn’t bad! Plus, if you need anything during the weekend, he responds promptly and is willing to see you on his days off. What a guy!
Do yourself a favor and see Dr Hagshenas. Your teeth, your wallet, and your sanity will thank you!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. hagshenas for about eight years.
What is wonderful about going to my appointments is that his entire staff is always professional and truly kind to each and every patient. they always offer you water and make sure you are comfortable.
The place is always spotless and it smells great. He also has the latest technology and equipment. I’m very please with the two implants that he made for me. Overall with his regular maintenance that he’s done to my teeth I feel that my smile and my bite is much better condition than before…
Also he’s dental hygienists are very professional and with Great Bed manners.
By the way. I always thought the previous office was beautiful but you should check out the new place it’s gorgeous.

Silicon Valley Smile Solutions is the best dentistry care I’ve ever gotten… and that’s coming from a lifetime of bad teeth and dental services! Dr HagShenas is wonderfully warm and gentle, his talent and genuine care for my well-​being is a pleasure to experience. The office staff is top notch — they give me blankets, put movies up on the ceiling for me to watch, and we chat so much I feel like they are family! I live 30 minutes away but it is so worth the drive since I really enjoy my trips to the dentist.

Came to this place based on the Unilocal reviews and and being close to my work. I had a great experience. I met the doctor once and he was a very nice gentleman. I had a simple teeth cleaning appointment and Stephanie booked my appointment. Unfortunately I couldn’t make it the first time. She promptly rescheduled me for another day with an email confirmation. Very professionally done. When I came in today Michelle did the cleaning. She was very careful with everything. She kept asking me if I was comfortable and carefully cleaned my teeth. By the way if you have a sense of humor, the staff are very nice and friendly and have great sense of humor. What else could you ask for? Great service, quality work at a reasonable price. I will be back in 6 months. Thank you silicone valley smile solution team with everything. I will recommend them highly.

I started coming here last year when I wanted to have some major cosmetic work done. I am not a fan of dentists so I was very apprehensive.
Dr. H and his staff are nothing short of amazing! Throughout my consultation and prep visits, they were clear on what they were doing and why. Then I went back for the final recommendation, as Dr. H wanted to review a couple of options. Not at any time did I feel pressured, in fact was very reassured by the time I left I was in good hands.
The results are beautiful!!!
The staff are so nice, but at the same time very professional. It is as soothing a dentist office could be, and yes welcoming. I am a Dr. H lifer for sure!

Dr. Hagshenas and the girls are the most friendly, caring, and attentive medical professionals. They always greet you with a smile and great service!
You receive the «red carpet» treatment from start to finish. Everyone is willing to go above and beyond to meet your personal needs, address any concerns, anxiety, or questions you may have.
The relaxed atmosphere and friendly professionals make you feel like your at a luxury spa, instead of the dentist.
I’ve had my teeth cleaned, wisdom teeth removed, and cavities filled here, and I have never had a bad experience. I love that Dr. Hagshenas can do pretty much everything right in his own office, you don’t need to go to anywhere else for any other services.
I very much appreciate the fact that Dr. Hagshenas never tries to sell me anything. Unless, it is something that can be a possible dental disaster, he only recommends what he thinks is best. If I am not ready to do a procedure he is not pushy.
They are also so accommodating when it comes to financial issues. I greatly appreciate that, as I have recently had a great deal of work done.
Overall, I can’t be any happier with the quality service, care, and attention I receive every time I attend!!! I am so glad I found them.

During Christmas of 2012 I developed terrible tooth pain. Not having a dentist at the time left me scrambling. 1−800-Dentist helped me find Smile Solutions. With a background of having some very bad experiences with dental businesses, I was apprehensive.
Finding out I needed a rotten tooth removed, along with some other work, definitely had me worried. With great relief, everything has worked out beautifully. Not only is Dr. Amir HaghShenas an awesome dentist, everyone in the office is a joy to interact with. My teeth are back on a healthy track and I now have my children and husband in their care.

I am so thrilled to have found this dental office many years ago by calling 1 – 800 dentist. I needed a very gentle dentist because I have always been a very fearful patient. That was probably 15+ years ago and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. I even switched my children from their pediatric dentist and they like him much better too! Dr. Hagshenas and his staff are just the nicest people you will ever meet. I feel like I have a friendship with each of them and it makes it much easier to go in even though I am still not crazy about having dental work done. HOWEVER! Dr. Hagshenas does sedation dentistry so if you need that — he provides that (along with lots of blankets and an ipod to distract you further :) I can’t say enough about this dental office — if you book an appointment I guarantee you will not be sorry!

When I decided to change dentists I was very disappointed in the service that I was receiving. I felt that my prior dentist wasn’t paying attention to what I needed and didn’t really care. I do my best to take extremely good care of my teeth and when I found Dr. Hagshenas, I felt that his practice aligned with what I needed.
He is kind, attentive and helpful. From my experience he truly supplies personalized and efficient care to his patients. He is conscience of people’s budget and sincerely cares about the patients in his chair. I have had a multitude of procedures done within the two years I have gone to him and I have yet to repeat a visit on account of issue. I really appreciate his efficiency and thoroughness as I imagine, all his patients do. Another aspect of this Dental office that I find outstanding is the caring and enthusiastic staff. Every person that works alongside Dr. Hagshenas demonstrates the same demeanor as he does. They are warm, caring and kind with you in mind. Which sounds cheesy but it’s the truth. They truly want to do what they can to get you what you need. This office is unlike any dentist office I have ever been to and for that reason alone, I strongly suggest you try it out.
P. S. I was also blown away by the state of the art technology that he uses to identify problems. Just thought I should share that as well.

Dr. HagShenas is a WONDERFUL dentist who has always done a great job on my teeth. Unlike others opinions, he has never tried to sell me anything and only recommends what he thinks is best. If I am not ready to do a procedure he is not pushy at all. I recently had two skin grafts done because I have pretty bad recession. This required sedation and 3 weeks of stitches in order for proper healing. I was prepped very well by the staff and given both pre and post surgery instructions. I followed them and my skin graft has healed beautifully with no issues or infection. I have also had four porcelain crowns done and have been seeing him for regular cleanings for almost five years. I have never had a single problem.
I highly recommend Dr. HagShenas and his dental team. He is highly knowledgeable and the best dentist I have ever come across (yes, I have tried many).

I cannot recommend this office enough! I just finished the dental implant process today, and I could not be more thrilled with the results. The entire staff guided me through each step in the process, ensuring my comfort and welcoming any questions I had. From the second I first stepped into this office I was treated as a friend, rather than just a patient or a number. My implant looks amazing – you would never know it’s not a real tooth! – my gums and teeth are healthier than they have ever been, and they have completely cured my fear of dentists.
Do yourself a favor – be proactive about your dental health and make an appointment here, you will be SO glad you did!

I was recommended by a friend to Dr. HagShenas because of my TMJ problem. I live in Sunnyvale and know of two other dental offices closer that were suggested to me but I have to tell you hands down, I know I made the right choice. From the very first phone call to the office until the end of my visits for my TMJ issue, I have never felt more personally taken care of in the most genuine way than by Dr. HagShenas and his wonderful staff. They make sure you are comfortable and completely happy every step of the way and they honestly go out of their way when it’s not necessary. They called me to make sure and see how I was feeling and my friend who had to have an implant received flowers… I’m telling you, I’m very happy and glad that Dr. HagShenas is not only my TMJ miracle worker but now he and his office does all my dental work.

I’m not a big fan of going to the dentist and I’m definitely lazy when it comes to flossing but after today I am completely motivated about my oral hygiene. Not only was Dr. HagShenas AWESOME, but his whole staff was amazing. Kim, my hygienist was thorough and explained everything she was doing and why. The office is super clean and extremely high tech! I immediately made appointments for my kids. 5 starts just isn’t enough!

short update: I am just back from the root canal specialist and he basically confirmed that the most likely why the nerve got infected is because of poor fit of a temporary crown. LADIES, don’t trust him your smile, use his service for small dental work, but never consider him as your one-​stop dentist for a beautiful smile. I am sharing my very expensive lesson with you as I know that he is a great sales person. He can actually sell snow in Alaska. But think twice. I am now taking antibiotics, still in pain and very disappointed with results. I’ve been told today that it’s gonna take at least 3 weeks for recovery:(A happy customer tells one friend, and unhappy customer tells everybody, and this is so true.

From the receptionist to the dental hygienists, everyone in the office is fantastic. I really recommend Dr. Hagshenas for everyone, but this practice is particularly wonderful for those who have some anxiety about the dentist. Everyone who works here has a great way with patients and make you feel very calm and relaxed.
I’ve had my teeth cleaned, wisdom teeth removed, and cavities filled here, and not once have I had a bad experience. The wisdom teeth extraction especially was not as bad as I thought it would be because the staff was so helpful and gave me great after-​care tips. They even sent me flowers the next day!
The office waiting room itself is so welcoming and posh and it feels like you’re waiting for your spa session to start, not your bi-​annual teeth cleaning. Again, if you are afraid of going to the dentist, I can’t encourage you to come here enough. From the moment you step in the door, you’re taken care of and enveloped in the calming atmosphere.

Once again, I’m am disturbed at myself for NOT telling the world how amazing Dr. HagShenas is.
First, I actually model my own business’ customer service after his office. No kidding! I’ll give you an example — I call up with a cold two hours before my appointment and Lindsay immediately tells me we’re rescheduling for my comfort. Then, another time, my client and I overshot our time and I was late for my cleaning. Called up and said I would be at least 15 minutes late. Michelle actually stays past her usual time to wait for me!
The attention to detail is incredible. I’m convinced Dr. HagShenas will only give you advice as if you were his sister or son. I’ve had issues with teeth grinding and he’s gone above and beyond by refitting my night guard as often as I need it, a 30 minute appointment at least, and never once has he charged me for it.
I love them. How often do you hear that about a DENTIST?!
