This was the first dispensary i ever went to and has been to this date the best. Sad to see them go (i even went for seconds on the last day) will follow them wherever they move to. Thanks ARC !

I went here pretty regularly and enjoy this place for a number of reasons:
They are open 7 days a week and usually until 8 p.m. which makes it very accessible for any schedule.
They have a great inventory and range of prices and bud quality.
The budtenders know what they’re talking about and I always feel comfortable getting a recommendation from them.
My biggest gripe is the security guard. I get that he has a job to do and he is there for the collectives, as well as the patient, security. However, he takes his job a little too seriously and I’ve been hassled just for having a friend waiting in the car.

Seeing the one star above is almost unbelievable to me. Mainly because I love this dispensary. Not only have their products always been top notch, their customer service was second to none. My first experience was incredible. The budtender made me feel welcomed and showed me around the clinic. Also explained me the raffle process and special gifts for first time patients.
This time on the other hand was a completely different experience. The budtender who helped us could not have cared less that my friend was a new patient. My friend said, I am new, can you show me around. The budtender said, «here is out stuff. (Pointing to the shelf next to him) The prices are behind you. What do you want?» Uhh… really? How about showing the patient around? Didn’t even bother to show the edible case which was several feet away. My friend then said, today is «Waxy wed. Its $ 36 out the door for all wax grams right?» The budtender says, «no. Where did you see that?» «We saw it on your website.» «Oh no. That’s wrong. There is no deal.» Okaaaayy. Thank you for nothing. And the employee flat out lied by saying the website hasn’t been updated in months. Even though it was updated on June 10^th 2014. As you can see on their menu section. We decided to stay and purchase something. My friend says, what do I get for being a new patient? The budtender says, «I’ll give you a pack of prerolls if you spend $ 25.» (A pack contained 2) While my friend is looking at the menu, I approach the budtender and purchase some flower and concentrate. $ 35 total. I tell him, I am referring my friend. What do I get as a gift? He said, «I’ll give you a pack of prerolls.» Then the unbelievable happens, he decides to make the two of split the pack of prerolls. Even though are combined total would have been $ 60+.
This employee was absolutely shameful. He should have stayed home, because he clearly hates his job. He did not know a single price and was quoting random numbers off the top of his head.
Every other worked their has been so friendly. Always offering me cookies and lemonade. This guy treated me and my friend like garbage. He was not happy that he had to assist us in any way.
I have been talking up the dispensary for so long and now I am ashamed to have done so. I WILL NEVER BE BACK. A disgrace to customer service.

It’s time to write an update for my all time favorite club. They moved locations on November 16^th from Julian Street to Gish Road, and it was an upgrade indeed. The new location is now in a more secluded area with plenty of parking (a major plus considering parking was somewhat limited before). As you walk in the waiting room, you are immediately greeted by the receptionist and quickly walked through their paperwork. It was about a 5 minute process.
Once my boyfriend and went for out first time, we were amazed by the size of the new location. Totally spacious, clean, and tons of unique artwork everywhere. It sets the mood for a tranquil and relaxing club. Upon talking to the budtender, it was obvious that their customer service was nothing short of the same that they used to provide at the old Julian location. My budtender recommended some great strains and talked it up enough to make me feel comfortable. I can’t wait to come back here for some more medication. ARC you did it again, thank you!

I see ARC is a specialty club. They don’t have the large variety of selections that all the other high end clubs have, but what they do have will never let you down.
I’m more of a dabber myself and ARC carries wax, shatter, and budder products from the big name guys at amazing prices.
Plus if you go on certain days they’ll pay the tax on your purchase.
Another great thing about this place is that it’s kinda hidden and small so you don’t have to wait in the sometimes crazy lines at the well known clubs.
