Sign Jose

I needed high-​quality gold and black decals for a motorcycle restoration… and I needed them fast! Gene and Jose worked with me to get the decals produced at a very high quality and within 24 hours. They can’t always promise that I suspect, but I was impressed with how hard they worked for me when I needed their help. I restore lots of bikes and I’ll be going back to Sign Jose for my decals needs. Thank Gene and Jose!
PS. The decals worked great under a clear coat.

Love this place, Gene has all the materials that I needed to do the vinyl stickers for my car. He rushed my order and was able to get me my design and stickers the next day. I really appreciate people that go above and beyond to take care of their customers.
I highly recommend this place. Price is more than fair and great service. The building is easy to find. Outside the building looks old but inside you can tell that Gene has been in business for a long time. He has a lot of high end machines and plotters and cutters for various jobs.

This place is legit! Professional work, spectacular craftsmanship, and above all Jose was a pleasure to work with. He helped me out in getting a logo made. I called when they opened and he arranged for this to get produced by noon when he knew it was going to set him back. All-​in-​all, sign up with them for your projects, you won’t be disappointed.

I was looking to get some stickers made, found Sign Jose on Unilocal — and called for a quote. Jose spoke to me over the phone and asked for details on the graphic (he seemed eager to help); I told him that I could send it to him over email; he said that would be fine, and that he’d go over it and see if it’s something Sign Jose could do.
I sent the graphics to him and called him back approximately 10 minutes later. He was very pleasant and said that he could do it, and explained a bit of the process to me. I asked for a pricing breakdown, and he said that it would depend on how much I wanted to order; I asked him to give me pricing on 100 units — we ended the call with him assuring me that he’d send me pricing within 20 minutes — this was at around noon.
Fast forward to 5PM that day, and I still didn’t receive a quote. Not a problem; I called Jose again to see if he was working on it, and for some reason his phone demeanor changed; I was no longer speaking with pleasant Jose; annoyed and rude Jose had taken over. In a curt and dismissive manner, he told me that he hasn’t had time to do it — he was busy doing actual work for customers. That was it. He didn’t tell me when he’d send the quote, he just got off the phone.
I never did receive a quote, not that evening, nor the next day. All in all, I found my experience with Sign Jose disappointing and a waste of time. I waited around for half a day; I could have used that time to contact someone else — someone who actually wanted to work with me.
I have a suspicion that my inquiry for 100 units wasn’t a big enough order for Sign Jose — probably the reason for the cold shoulder — Jose’s too busy to bother with small inquiries.
Anyway, this was my experience with Sign Jose; ultimately, the company seems to have really good reviews and ratings on Unilocal.Hopefully this review reminds them to not be too complacent, and to always treat prospective customers with kindness and respect.

I’m so glad I’ve found Sign Jose. I’m a local graphic designer and needed a very fast turn-​around on several large vinyl decals. I requested quotes from 5 different companies to see if any could meet my deadline. Sign Jose replied back to me promptly, was able to have my order ready the next day, was significantly less expensive than the other companies, and it was perfect quality! Total success!

Jose and his team have been unbelievable to work with. Fair pricing, stuck to the timeline, overcame a few challenges during the installation. When opening a new retail business, I have had enough on my plate to stress over and thankfully the sign design and installation was not one of them. I highly recommend them and would happily utilize their services again in the future.

This review is a little late… Really rude and sloppy. Doesn’t care about customers and how the results are. Gave him the design and font I wanted… Results came out like some kid did it. Really disappointed. Even more disappointed because he was rude and acted like he knew what he was doing, always cutting off my sentence as I spoke. Such a joke place. I recommend the decal shop down the street as well as probably any other one. He probably had his family give him all these 5 stars on Unilocal.Customer service sucks, results suck, attitude sucks. What else can you ask for?

Love this shop. They created a work of art for my sign. This is the only shop in the area that was able to build what I had envisioned. Every other sign shop I approached with my concept tried to redirect me to a style that they were comfortable with producing. Highly recommend Sign Jose.

I drive by coleman very often and have seen this place many times. I needed a banner made and stopped to get an estimate. Jose is a great guy, he not only suggested me the best colors and lettering for the banner, but the price and quality were really good. He is very helpful and will work with you if you don’t know much about art or graphics. Definitely coming back.

Sign Jose is great for startups and small businesses! They worked within our budget to create a couple signs for our first trade show. We worked with Jose and his staff, whose customer service was fantastic. They helped to design our signs, the process was easy, and the signs looked fantastic. We will definitely be back!

I had a sign made here. It was done in a day, the quality of the work is real good the sign looks great and it’s ready for my presentation.

After checking around and being turned down by several local sign makers because I wanted a very unique and complicated sign built…I was lucky enough to be referred to Jose at Sign Jose. Not only was Jose up for the challenge, he was excited to create something special and eye-​catching to represent my business. I am an absolutely satisfied customer and will definitely be returning to them for any and all of my sign needs.

Quick, friendly service. I’ve driven by this place a million times, and when I needed a banner done (with only a few days notice) this place popped into my head. Its a small shop and the outside makes it a little uninviting, however the customer service is 10 out of 5 stars.
The owners are super friendly, and will work with you to make sure your project is the best it could be. I walked in with a PDF of the banner I needed to make, the owner told me that it would need a couple of things to make it better (white outline to make the words pop) and worked with me to make it into an adobe illustrator file (good thing I had my laptop with me.) After that, he did the rest, tweaked it to make the white outline to the text and also added a shadow to really make it pop. He asked if I needed the grommets put in (no extra charge) and since it was a large banner, he put in 8 (instead of the usual 4 you would get at just the corners.)
I was also debating whether or not to get another project done and let him know that it might be a possibility, and left the files with him just in case. I let him know the day after and he was able to complete everything (one large banner and 6 flags — 3X5 — all in record time.
