Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

This paint store is excellent and smoothly run. The customer service staff is exceeding exceptional, too. Very professional, and extraordinarily helpful.

I love this store: I am a painting contractor and I buy thousands of gallons a year. Sometimes I run short on a few galloons and need to finish a job. These guys deliver in a hurry.
Also, I get treated like I own the paint store whenever I stop in.
The store Manager Adrian is a guy who knows his products and will always let you know if there is a better paint to use for your specific needs or project.
The rest of the staff are just as awesome. I have stood by in line and watched costumers leave as happy as they can be because they always get exactly what they needed for their projects.
I am very happy with this store and I just wanted to share my experience.

I had to quickly swing by here to grab a second gallon of paint for a job we were having done at our new apartment. I’m not sure if this place is new, but when I walked inside it was much different than the Berkeley location.
This location looked like the inside of Martha Stewart’s house and was extremely organized, open and warm. I’m not sure a paint store really needs that feel, but it was welcoming.
A young woman quickly came out from the back to help me and got to making the gallon of paint I needed. Then when she rang me up, she applied the same discount I had gotten earlier in the week while they were having a sale even though it had ended.
Quality customer service right there.
Finally, I have a feeling if you don’t know what you need, this would be a good place to visit. They had demo videos going and I got the sense they’d be able to point you in the right direction. Plus it wasn’t busy at all. People might not know this place exists yet.
