Vern, Customer Service Rep came to our place to see the location of the the vending machine (that we were replacing because the last company we had wasn’t working out, broken machine all the time). We scheduled a month out and now it has been 2 weeks since we’ve have been out of a vending machine. SO I have to call SVS to find out where my machine is, only to find out they actually don’t deliver to places that have any type of stairs??? WHAT??? SO why did the rep come out? Why did we order a machine? Are you kidding me!!! So now I have no machine and I have to start from scratch… What a waste of time!
