Business Owner

RoseAnn Bogart, has been in this business since 1989, first working as a Server/​Waitress, then Sous Chef and Grill Cook. She also took a part time job in accounting. She was then offered an Office Manager position in the catering field, which over saw all office and site relations. She accepted the position and went above and beyond the call of duty.

Although she was content, she had a dream for something bigger and better. So, she fulfilled her aspirations and opened up her own staffing business in 1999. Ever since then she has been striving towards greatness through out the Bay Area. RoseAnn prides herself on her business. She is a great people person and is in business today due to her customers and their word of mouth.

I broke my foot at a wedding where servers on demand were catering. Nikki and Cruz were so sweet and attentive to me, bringing me food and drinks all night. Customer service gets an A+

I’ll echo what others have said about the difficulties of the booking process. I emailed them about 2 ½ weeks before the event through the questionnaire on their website. A week went by with no response.
I called them and got someone on the phone right away. They said they would email me a contract which didn’t happen. I called again and figured out they spelled my email address incorrectly. So they tried again and again spelled it wrong. After the third phone call (after I repeatedly had them spell my email address back to me) I got the contract and we were in business.
The servers themselves arrived on time and were great, especially Maria. Very friendly, helpful, and detail oriented. So definitely ask for Maria if she’s available.

As a catering business owner I can honestly say that I highly recommend «Servers on Demand» for anyone that has a need for their services. All of their employees are professional, on time and reliable. All the servers and bartenders were extremely helpful and they were a joy to work with!

Zero stars. Going to say… Do your homework and perhaps try another company. I don’t think they treat their staff well. They aren’t customer service oriented or concerned. Disappointed, but make your own decision.

We ahev been trying to setup fro an event for a few weeks. And everytime we talk to a person they do not have th reservation or someone else calls to confirm and then they lose the reservation after confrimation! No services were rendedred. I could really use their service but they are so unprofessioanl about booking an event and confirming an event.

I called these guys as a recommendation from my decorator — I was super excited to call and basically ready to book and pay them a lot of $$$! I called them in the morning and didn’t hear back. I called back and received an excuse of, «Oh sorry we were busy all day.» Okay, no problem — that happens. finally I get them on the phone and then comes the problem — the staff — I tried to tell them that we need help during a day long ceremony as discussed per our decorator to help with setup of chairs, cocktail hours, buffet, china, care for our guests and take down — and all I got was ATTITUDE, «SOOOOOOOO, why do you want that? I think your ceremony is too long, who said you should even do that?» Even after trying to ask, «Maybe we can try this again, what are you confused about, how can I clarify?» It again turned into, «Yes, I am questioning you, why would you want waitstaff to help you with the setup and take down?» I felt like I was talking to a 16 year old girl with bad attitude… no thank you. I hope this review deters people away from a bad experience like mine…

We had a party of 50 and hired serversondemand to bartend. Rudy showed up early and set up an awesome bar. Our guests loved him and he was very courteous:) will definitely be calling them again! Very reasonable and good service:)

5 stars for the servers/​kitchen help they sent us to help with an event we had at our home (40 guests). They helped set up, put appetizers in the oven, helped with some rather complicated plating, attended to the guests, washed dishes, a little bit of everything. We had never had anything this big, and it was great the way they anticipated needs and looked out for both the hosts’ and the guests’ needs. We were actually able to enjoy our own party.
Only 3 stars for the office staff. They scheduled our help with only 5 days’ notice, which was great — but they just didn’t sound very friendly on the phone. «Yeah, yeah, we received the faxed contract. Bye.»
