Security First Self Storage

I just rented my third space from this company. I have too much stuff.
The lady was very helpful in getting me set up.
When we went to the unit, the door latch did not work properly. She said it would be repaired this afternoon.

Clean. Great prices. Friendly service. Good access. Not much more to ask of a storage place.

Called them 9am to see availability and rates. I had to call them back after four hours of no return phone call after leaving voice mail as instructed. Got through on call back. After determine they had nothing available, woman on other end simply hung up. I don’t like doing business with people like that.

Just moved out after storing with them for over a year. Very professional people and facility. They don’t jack up their prices on you like other storage companies. Billing was a breeze and they offer a discount for longer contracts. Would definitely use again if I lived near them.

the only thing hindering me from giving the 5-​star rating is that it isn’t ²⁴⁄₇ storage unit access. but with the provided security + all, it’s understandable that access is limited to 6am-​9pm everyday. office hours are pretty much regular business hours.
we are renting a 10×15 ground floor storage unit + it’s been a lifesaver to have this much space to put our belongings in at a very reasonable price! they were doing a 3-​month special pricing this summer + so we were really lucky to get our monthly rate when we did. they have very flexible billing options: pay online, pay in person (check, cash or card), or mail check. they’re very good about sending you an invoice to remind you that you’re unit rent is due.
CAVEAT: bring your own lock or buy from them during office hours. the facility itself does not provide insurance but they have a company they can recommend or have your home/renter’s insurance company cover your stuff while in their units.

I have to say that this place is very wonderful. I shopped around for a while and when I met Crystle, she was great and so courteous with answering my questions and patient because I had a lot! Great customer service! I will definetly pass the word about this place to my friends and family!

This place rox my sox… Love it! Long gate hours (6am-​9pm everyday), nice units, friendly staff, and auto payments are super convenient!

Very satisfied with the pricing and usability of their service. They’ve always been responsive to my needs and the security really provides a great peace of mind.

Thanks to Valerie K’s recommendation, I called Security First. The woman on the phone was very friendly and professional. Going in to set up the rental was easy and we had no problems. They can do auto bill and just charge your credit card every month, which is much easier than remembering to send a check every month. The place is very well maintained, clean and I’ve had no problems at all. They’re open until 9 pm on weeknights too, which is good.
I’m very happy with Security First.
