I called because I had inadvertently used the wrong key to lock my safe, which caused the key to get jammed in the locking mechanism. I called the manufacturer who told me I’d need to drill out the lock rendering the safe useless. When I contacted Kai, he asked me to send him photos, which I did. He called back right away with a solution I was unable to execute, so he came out within an hour. Within 5 minutes of arrival, he had the key out, and the safe opened and functioned properly. He was a real life saver that day!

Called these guys on Thursday and they came out on Friday (on time). They gave me a quote on the phone and there were no additional charges upon completion, even though there was some extra work that they didn’t expect. They were professional and quick. I will use them for all my locksmith needs.

I called in the morning to re-​key 5 locks. Kai went to the house and finished it by 1:30 PM. Took my credit card number and email me an invoice right away.

This company is number one in my books. I would recommend them to anyone. I got locked out and they were here in less then 30 minutes. Very professional. Took care of extra keys I needed as well as a new mailbox lock. All in one stop. Five stars for sure.

He quotes a fee on the phone that sky rockets in place. A quote of 95 ended as a bill of 175.00. Sure we asked for a second lock that took another 5 minutes to open, and that is worth another 80.00? And to make a key 25.00?
Well, After some thoughts, I may have been a little harsh and some of the frustration may be due to miss communication and lack of understanding. In my book when I ask some one to open a door because I lost a key I would have assumed that the locksmith will open the door and provide a replacement key else how would I open the door after he left, His comments is that the key making is a separate job, not related to the opening of the lock. — So it is left to interpretation.

Lost the key to our safe. He came out right away and took care of it right away.

I was locked out of my mirrored jewelry safe and thought I was going to have to replace the lock completely. When Kai looked at it he informed me it was only a misplaced pin and had it fixed immediately.

Bottom line: Kai is quick, efficient, and responsive to customer needs. He kept me updated on his ETA to fix a broken door handle. I was even able to text him images of the broken lock/​handle beforehand, so he could get a sense of what needed to be done before arriving. Also, very transparent with the fees he charges.

I had a failed digital gun safe that could not be opened even with the special override code directly from the company. They advised me to find a local locksmith to drill open the safe and they would reimburse me. Well, I struggled to find ANYONE who could handle this. FINALLY I was referred to Kai at Secured Lock & Safe.
He kept me informed that he was on another call and when he’d be able to make it to my house. He kept in touch several times during the day to clarify his arrival time, estimated costs, etc.
Well, Kai was FANTASTIC. He not only got my safe open, but replaced the junky foreign parts with much more reliable parts. The safe, which I thought would have to be returned, was SAVED because Kai knew exactly what he was doing.
How was the price?
I don’t have any experience with this type of service, but his expertise was WORTH EVERY PENNY!

I work with a lot of homes and used to use another company as a Locksmith. After needing to use Kai as my Locksmith, I would never use anyone else again.
He was very responsive, informative, and knowledgable about the process.
Prices were great, and most importantly he does excellent work as soon as you need.

I called several locksmith shops that were close by, and they either didn’t do emergency unlock service or didn’t have anybody in the area for several hours. I finally got hold of Kai and I’m glad I did.
He showed up in 20 minutes, did the work quickly and answered some questions I had about a place we’re moving into. Kai has a great attitude and clearly knows what he’s doing.

My landlord set up an appointment to have my bakery locks changed by Secured Lock & Safe. Kai showed up on time and called to confirm our appointment earlier in the morning which I appreciate A LOT (as a new business owner things have a way of slipping my mind easily). He was really friendly and helpful and supplied me with as many keys as I needed for my store.
