David was great! I needed a screen replacement for my patio screen door ASAP and he made it happen. He coordinated well, price was reasonable and went beyond the normal customer service I would expect. I would definitely use this company again.
I asked him how there could have been one bad review about the company and he said the bad reviews were before he took over.

We just had David come out to fix a recurring problem we’ve been having with our screen door which was installed several years ago by the previous owner of the Screenmobile. The door worked fine for awhile, but would seize up every time someone would bump into it. The previous owner came out a couple of times but never really fixed it to our satisfaction. David spent about an hour troubleshooting the problem and determined it was installed improperly in the first place. So he fixed the door and did not charge us anything. We were very happy with his expertise, and blown away that he did not charge us. Not only did he stand behind the product well after the warranty was up, but he fixed the previous owner’s installation problem at no cost. Give this guy your business!

Screenmobile made my new blindingly bright and hot sunroom usable as well as attractive. Automatic shades were too expensive so I called Screenmobile to see if they could help cool it down and soften the glare. They arrived promptly to measure and showed me several options and colors to cover the exterior glass roof. Two weeks later they arrived to custom install the 93% UV protective screens in a bluish green and they look perfect!
The soft semi transparent color blends with sky and trees and I can use the room without the need for sunglasses or even a fan.
They also replaced two ill fitted screens in another room with retractable handle sliders to accommodate my oddly shaped door handles.
Very professional, skilled, reasonably priced and aim to please. I feel fortunate to have found them.

What a disaster. I bought a house from which the realtor had had all the screens removed for showings. My handyman got most back on except there several that needed hardware that probably broke off upon removal, and a few screens that had broken frames. I called Screenmobile and generally described needing maybe 10ish screens either put back on or built new, and made an appointment. They called me back the afternoon before my appointment to reschedule for a few days later. I believed Phil, the owner, was coming to do the job. I got a call before the rescheduled appointment that they were running late. When a guy showed up it was Art, not Phil. I asked if I could show him all the problems, then discuss how much it would cost to do all of it. Art said ok, but every window I showed him he started finagling with the screens and telling me how the screen was not built right or appropriate for the window, or didn’t have the right hardware, etc. I kept reminding him all these screens were ON the house three months ago, and all I want is to just get them back on for now even using other hardware or a nail or something. I am not paying to rebuild all the screens to Art’s exact specifications if they can be put on the windows albeit imperfectly in his view. Art kept arguing that he needed to rebuild each of the screens (at $ 40/​pop mind you) because a ¼″ gap at the top was not acceptable. Come on! I asked him again and again to stop futzing around with screens and continue to look at all the windows with me so we could discuss an estimate. 45 minutes of this went by and I still had no idea if they were charging me for the time, if so how much, and how the job would be billed. Art kept saying Phil was on his way and that he had drawn up an invoice already, which was surprising since I had never told them specifically what the issues were. Finally I told Art that we were having a communication problem and he said I was the problem because I argued with him and did not listen to him — um, actually I did listen to you and rejected your attempts to upsell me. Art didn’t get the actual task at hand and had a one track mind — make screens, make screens, make screens. He stormed off and said this job is over, and left me with screens worse off than when he arrived because he took them off and finagled with them. It is hard to believe a company that specializes in screens will not reinstall them where they were without making them all new.
