The food is always good, however, the service is so so! I only get the cheese so no complaints from me here.

I ordered the spaghetti with chicken. The chicken was awful. It was so soggy and had an under cooked taste. The spaghetti sauce was too watery.

Kids wanted pasta. We got spaghetti with meatballs, baked ziti, and a large soda. The spaghetti was okay, I especially liked the meatballs, but, I didn’t really care for the baked ziti, which was really dry. The garlic bread was also really dry. All in all, pretty expensive for okay food. Our bill was $ 17!

Pizza here was terrible. The boy and I both got the pepperoni and sausage pizza and were both«deeply dis(h)appointed». First of all, the dough was so tough, it was like chewing on the expensive cardboard. Not those flimsy kinds. Second, even after the lady heated up our food, the cheese was not melty nor was the pizza as a whole hot! It was lukewarm at best. Although I prefer cold pizza anyway, this was unacceptable. Bad form, Sbarro, bad form. Ryan Gosling, if you ever film Crazy, Stupid Love: pt 2, don’t eat your Sbarros here.

the pizza was crispy, not good crispy, but overcooked-crispy. hmm. service was good though, the servers were very nice and they offered combos, sides and drinks since i only ordered a slice. they just need to speak up though. the manager was funny, he reminded me of uncle nino from jersey shore. he asked me if i wanted a bag for my pizza box, i said no and he goes«thank you for saving the environment!» i would come back here, the pizza was good, it’s just the dough:/

I grabbed a quick slice at Sbarro at Eastridge before seeing«Grown Ups» the other day. I know… expectations for Sbarro are low. But the last two times I’ve tried Sbarro, it keeps getting worse. I probably hadn’t had it in 10 years. It never was good, but it could get you by. Now, it is downright awful. Even the other items looked like they would give you salmonella. I swear, the meatballs were like neon yellow. Pizza was on par with a frozen pizza from the grocery store. If you want a slice — Costco is definitely better, so is Pizza My Heart. The only pizza that may be worse is Domino’s or Little Squeezers. I’d give them a 1, but I will give some love for cleanliness and convenience. Overall, «skip it.»

I wouldn’t necessarily call it an Italian eatery. It is ok food and for the price you get a decent slice of pizza, but I would not go out of my way to eat here. All in all I recommend this place to people already in the mall who want a peice of pizza to eat.
