Sandra helped us find and buy or first house, 3 years ago. The first house we saw ended up being the one, but that was after going through others. I felt that the houses she chose to show us were always a good fit, or were shown to rule out any lingering ideas we had (we bought in south San Jose, but had thought about a cheap fixer in Santa Cruz Mountain, near Redwood Estates. She showed us a couple in that area for the money at could afford, and that closed any doubts we had about that location).
After finding our house, she was very helpful in the process to bid, negotiate and then close. We had loans and extras that complicated the procedure, and she stayed on top of it, even when the selling agent was being difficult.
