Round Table Pizza

My family wanted to try this location for the first time and went on a Friday evening after work and ordered a large supreme pizza.
It is a new, clean, nice looking Round Table restaurant.
Unfortunately, customer service was poor. After 40 minutes I had to ask how much longer. They replied that it just came out.
When they brought it to our table, the bottom was warm and top was cold. The onions and bell peppers were still raw.
I told the staff, and the supervisor said «well what do you want me to do, make you a new one»?
Not really, as my family was hungry and didn’t want to wait another 40 minutes.
The supervisor went into the back kitchen and didn’t have anything else to say to me.

Ugh I wish I would have went with Pizza California tonight. My fiancé wanted Round Table and I usually love their pizza so I obliged. We ordered our pizza for delivery and although the it came in a decent amount of time the experience was underwhelming at best.
We live in a gated community down the street from this location. The driver called when he was outside saying he didn’t know where our door was so my fiancé told him I would meet him outside. I walked outside and saw him driving away from me toward the gate. I had to follow him to the gate where he awkwardly parked and got out our pizza. No big deal. Here’s the kicker. The pizza was $ 31 and I only had (2) $ 20’s and (3) $ 1 bills. I have the driver $ 40 and he went to his wallet to look for change. «Oh I only have a $ 20», well I don’t have any more cash on me that I can just pull out of my a$#. **Awkward silence** as he blankly stares at me… «Well…I guess I can’t do anything about it then,» I say annoyed. **He stares blankly** at me again. Obviously he wasn’t offering up any feasible options. I just sigh and turn around to walk back to my house. «Thank you,» he says in the distance. Your welcome for the $ 9 tip I didn’t have a choice but to give you!!! $ 40 pizza. Never ordering from here again.
Tip: If you are a delivery driver, make sure you carry change!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Shitty service. Ordered a Maui zaui with CHICKEN. And there was no chicken. Called to complain and the cook insisted that there was chicken. Had to drive all the way back to the store to show that there was no chicken and asked for a refund because they didn’t give us any other options. They lack customer service skills. If a customer orders a pizza and you don’t make it right, don’t argue and say you did when the pizza is OBVIOUSLY missing an ingredient. And then don’t even offer to fix the problem.

Always great pizza from this place. Me and my buddy generally order pick up from this location if we’re having a get together to catch the game or fight night. Can’t go wrong with paying the extra bucks for quality and generally reliable service

Ordered a pizza for pick up here and arrived on time. it’s been 20 minutes and no pizza. There are 4 people ahead of me (dine in) – Two of them asked for a refund since they have been waiting for their pizza for awhile now. I had so much hope for this place but I guess this is the first and last time I’m ordering from them. I can’t just imagine the wait time I would have to endure if I had them deliver the pizza…

We had a good time at this location, quality pizza, delicious chicken wings and friendly service, beautiful place and very new, come to try out

Same place as the one on Capitol. Terrible service. Just read the reviews from the previous location, same hype. So disappointed

We all stopped by this new store tonight, the crew is very nice, friendly, the Manager names Natalie, who is very professional and helpful, we like their pizza, the restaurant is very clean, we really enjoyed very much
We will come back again, good job, thanks for being so nice to us
