They just finished up a small project at my home and I could not be happier with the quality of service from everyone involved. The job was done right, finished on schedule and within budget. As a bonus, everyone was also very friendly (to people and dogs!) and I got to support a local family business.

My husband and I purchased a home built by Erica, Ron, and Jennifer in 2014 and we could not be happier with our decision. Our home not only has a fantastic, functional floor plan, but is also built with quality materials. The Ridgeway Team are perfectionists and have a eye for detail. They are reliable, honest, and thorough in each of their projects.
Furthermore, they stand by everything they build. They are extraordinarily responsive and take care of everything they promise and more.
This year (2015), we decided to tear down our backyard and build an outdoor BBQ kitchen, dining, and living room. Erica and her team did not disappoint. Construction projects are never easy, but the Ridgeways made it painless. The results are gorgeous. Everything from design/​planning, materials, craftsmanship, to landscaping are built to their exacting standards.

I’ve been working on Ridgeway Construction Inc. projects since they opened their business. While taking care of all their roofing needs I’ve had the opportunity to observe Ridgeway Construction’s attention to detail and a professionalism that is second to none. What really attracted me was how they are a family business… to walk into one of their projects and see Ron, Erica and Jennifer all combining their talents to create and build such amazing homes is a honor. I know Ridgeway Construction only uses the best sub-​contractors to work on their projects and that is the key to getting quality results to the customer. Ridgeway Construction hired me to assist in the layout and perform a boundary survey on two of their recent projects. Ron and Erica are a very confident group who have the foresite to get a land surveyor on board from the beginning so if something were to show up, there are no surprises pertaining to the construction and relative property lines.

Not sure where to start by let me tell you the Ron from Ridgeway Construction is the most competent, meticulous, detailed contractor I’ve ever worked with after doing two house renovations and countless projects around my house.
We hired Ron to fix problems that were created 5 years ago from the original remodel we did. We need to redo the dryvit on our back house due to blisters, we needed to redo the master shower due to leaking and several other projects around the house.
Ron’s set the bar on project management, quality control and communication. He is a contractor that is always at house giving directions, making sure the project is done correctly and walking us through the steps. His attention to details is outstanding, for any of you in the high tech would you will love Ron.
There was a lot of coordination of subs on this project since we needed to have the house sandblasted before the stucco was put on. Ron went around the neighborhood and explained the situation and even protected the neighbors pools from the sand.
if Ron saw a problem around the house he would just fix it. Bottomline is I could go on and on about the virtues of hiring Ron. If you are thinking about using a contractor, you must call Ron. He may not be the cheapest but he is more than work the money you pay him.
I will not use anyone else at my house unless Ron is involved.
