Wonderful job by Cesar. there was one rat which was finding every open gap in my house to get and eat all the fruits on the table. Cesar came home and did an excellent job in sealing the openings and setting traps. he was very prompt in disposing of the trap with the rat too. I called other pest control companies and they had multiple charges to do an inspection then to fix up any gaps and they would not take away the traps. But cesar offered a free inspections and one charge to fix up all gaps. Great Job!

woke up one morning to go to work went to my cabnets to make my self some breakfast nand notice that some of my stuff was bein chewed and alSo noticed some dropings so i knew i had rats went online to find a rodent company that can solve my problem after reviewing a couple of companys saw ratting on rodents who had lots of great reviews i called them up n right away came to my home gave me a free inspection and gave me a a very reasonable quote hirded them got the job done within ¾hours they set 6 traps after they were done and cought 5 rats ever since then iveen rodent free thank ratting on rodent they also have such great workers and respectful im really greatful Godbless you guys keep up the great work

My first initial experience with this company was not great. Lots of missed appts, no shows, bad work. Etc… However one day a tech named Andrew came by for a trap check and I told him my experience. He checked everything, and did a warranty service a week later. He’s very knowledgeable, kept his appts, on time, and communicated well. Andrew has put my faith back in this company. If you decide to go with Ratting on rodents, make sure to ask for Andrew. I will not work with anyone else.

There are some heavy pieces of furniture in the living room of the condo that I am renting left behind by the owner. I discovered rodent droppings under them, when I recently moved a heavy curio cabinet & piano. Ratting on Rodents was quick to respond when I called them.
Cesar Jr. came to my home and looked at the rodent droppings that I showed him. He determined them to be really old, from a mouse and not a rat, as I initially feared. He continued to thoroughly inspect my home for fresh evidence of rodent activity. Both inside and outside, including the garage. He found no fresh droppings, just what was already under the heavy piece of furniture that had not been moved in years. He checked for a point of entry that a creature could access but, he only saw an old entry under the kitchen sink that had long been sealed from an incident prior to me moving in. It was a relief to be reassured that there was not a mouse, rat or any other kind of rodent in my home.
I am really impressed with this company’s honesty. After all, Ratting on Rodents offered to come out to assess the situation free of charge, and then tell me what it would take to remedy the situation and what it would cost, at that time I could work out some kind of payment arrangement. He could have mislead me in to believing there was still a present danger of some kind of rodent, played on my fears and charge me needlessly. Instead, he honored his agreement to assess it free of charge. In addition to being upfront about not needing further service, Cesar Jr. provided me with information on how to keep my home rodent free.
I really appreciate the time and gas he spent to come to my home and provide honest information & service. Thank very much.

We had contacted Ratting on Rodents folks after we had tried many different approaches for the rat problem. Cesar went to work and put in place a plan to solve the rat problem with a combination of traps, plugging the holes in our boiler room, etc. He is super friendly, very sincere and diligent.

Ratting on rodents is the best. Great customer service was on time and took care of my rodent problem right away. Ceaser was incredibly nice and was willing to go over and beyond my expectations. I’ve never wrote a Unilocal review but because I was so pleased with my experience I really wanted to do whatever I could to show my appreciation for the service he provided for me. I called 2 other rodent places (not naming names I don’t want to be mean) and they were no where close to the perfect customer service ratting on rodents can and will provide you with. One of the places the man was so rude and rescheduled 3 times by the time he came he was so unpleasant and rude I asked him to leave. The second one came I paid him and I don’t even know what he did if anything because for anything my rodent problem got worse. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time with these other so called big businesses. Call Ceaser from ratting on rodents you won’t regret it. If we could give Ratting on Rodents more stars on Unilocal,we definitely would! It was the week of Christmas and they literally came to our rescue!
Our problem started with a funny smell and flies in one of our bedrooms. After calls to several pest control companies, none were able to assist with our problem. Most of them told us that it was probably a dead carcass somewhere in the home, but that it would be too difficult to locate the source of the problem. Their advice was to just let the smell and flies dissipate with time. However, the problem had been going on for over a week, and the smell was becoming unbearable!
Luckily, we called Cesar and he was able to come in later that same day! This was especially impressive since it was just a few days before Christmas and we had guests coming over. He quickly assessed the smell and determined that the attic was probably where the problem was. Sure enough, evidence of mice waste, mice fur and blood were found in the attic (though not the mice themselves). However, there were obvious mice-​made openings within the walls of the attic where the mice had entered and escaped. Cesar was able to clean up the attic, disinfect it, and seal up the wall holes with cement. After a day or two later, the smell and flies were completely gone.
Cesar was very diligent in his assessment of the attic, spending nearly an hour to look for all possible locations of entry for the mice. These were all sealed up with both a wire mesh and cement. His customer service after this initial service call was excellent! He even offered to come in a few days later and check on a mouse trap that he had set to ensure that there were no further mice in the attic. It was an incredible relief to find someone as thorough and professional as Cesar! He not only did an amazing job of detecting the problem and resolving it, but he gave us such a peace of mind. I imagine if we hadn’t found Cesar, the smell in our house may have continued. We will definitely be calling on Cesar if we ever run into a similar problem again.

We recently bought a new home and felt overwhelmed when we saw rats coming into the house. We called the orkin man but all they did was charge us hundreds of dollars to leave a few traps which didn’t solve the problem. I was very happy when Cesar told me his plan and I was thrilled when I heard his quote. His price was very reasonable.
Cesar has already come by twice to check on the traps and he’s already caught a rat. He’s rechecked for holes and even found more problem areas to seal. I am very thankful to Cesar for taking care of our rat issue.

I called Ratting on Rodents when I discovered rats in our attic as I was getting out Christmas decorations. The issue was a lot worse then I thought. I called the company and spoke with Cesar. He was great I was in need of help fast as I was having a Christmas party to set up for and was not going back in the attic until this issue was resolved. He came out to my house within hours to get rid of the rats. i was absolutely impressed by his knowledge and that they use safe products. I highly recommend them for any rodent problems you may have.

When I was cleaning out the Basement of my house in San Jose I discovered we had rats living in our house. The Infestation was pretty bad, they had obviously been there a while and were pretty well dug in, literally. I called Ratting on Rodents and Cesar was able to come by the house, the next day. Cesar worked with me to get rid of the rats, by educating me about their behaviors, where they get food and water, their social structures, and even teaching me about the hazards involved with dealing with rats.
