I contracted Erwin to do a gate and hand railings for my house, he was very personable and professional. It took a while before he completed the job and install the gate & hand rails but I was very satisfied with the quality of the work. Erwin and I discussed him doing a complete fence railing around my entire yard above the brick wall I have in which he quoted me a good price and said he would send me a design via email. This was about two months ago. I called and left at least three messages for him but to this date I have not received a return phone call.
If it wasn’t for this, I would have rated this company higher, but I am very disappointed that he did not follow through and never contacted me — I even referred him to my neighbor!
Very disappointing because I did like the work and I did like Erwin!!!

After unsuccessfully finding a vendor (at these home shows) for our driveway gate we came across R & J Ornamental Iron Works just by accident. Ramiro was very easy to work with. He took our «back of the napkin» design and made it real! Because we had time on our side and it wasn’t a rush job he took his time and produce what we thought was an wonderful gate. Thanks! I would highly recommend him and his staff.
