R & B Printing Creative Services

I have been a client of R&B Printing for just about one year and I continue to be impressed by Sam with each project. He always has suggestions which greatly improve upon my original ideas, the projects are completed on time (or before) and he even sometimes delivers! Even when I call with a last minute project Sam is there to help me out. I will continue to use R&B and I have recommended them to several other business owners.

I am a new client of R&B Printing, and although I understand Jessica’s disappointment, let me tell you that R&B is not a copy center… if you need quick copies, go to FedEx Office (formerly FedEx/Kinko’s) right down the street at the Plant. But, while you are having your 57¢ ea. color copies made at FEO, you’ll be kicking yourself for not being more prepared and contacting R&B with enough lead-​time to have your work done for considerably less. Besides great color copies at a great price, R&B prints real business cards, flyer’s, large format prints and more! Give R&B a try, it’s truly a hidden gem on South First! And, if you’re wondering why I only gave them 4 stars and not 5… I am of the old school mindset that thinks nobody deserves 5 stars, because no body’s perfect, including businesses. There’s always room for improvement!

I didn’t actually get any prints done here, but I was driving by on a weekday and decided to make a stop, as I was desperate for a printing place. According to the sign, I had arrived two hours before R & B was supposed to close. Victorious, I tried to open the door, but it was locked.
I looked up and there was another sign on the door saying to call a specific number if the door was locked. Figuring that the owner was just in a back office or something, I called him. Turned out he was in a business meeting in Mountain View or something like that, and would not be available until the next day.
I’m all for supporting small businesses, but I found this completely unprofessional. If you’re going to post store hours, make sure it is actually open during those hours. This left a bad first impression on me and I would not hesitate to take my business to another place.
