Tucked away off 1st street in an apartment complex, nice little place to sit down for lunch and you can still reach the google wifi next door at Starbucks. And if you need anything before leaving, theres alittle quick-e-mart next door to grab anything before heading out.

Always well made and tasty food. Pleasant employees too. I really like the lobster and seafood, meatball, classic italian, traditional, and carbonara chicken sandwiches. The pasta, salads, and soups are good as well.

Came here yesterday and got a Turkey Ranch Swiss sandwich. 15 minutes after eating it, I was on the toilet squirting it out. Thanks Quiznos!

I saw the lady make the sandwich cleaning something, not properly wash her hands, not dry her hands, wear the gloves with water droplets everywhere and make the sandwich. I felt like good hygiene here is more of a formality. I threw the sandwich and would never go here again. Sure they have gloves and all that stuff, but whats the use if the people who work there do not have common sense. They need to hire better staff.

THISPLACEISDEFINITELYHIDDEN! It’s tucked behind an apartment complex near a starbucks, but behind a corner so it is really hard to find. Also they have these tiny 11“x18″ posters on the main street that are soo hard to read that I’m not surprised that no one in my company ever knew that a Quiznos ever existed less than 1 mile from work. Despite the hidden location, the food is just as good as any other quiznos. The food comes out quite fast and the ingredients in the sandwich are fresh! I have always been a fan of their broccoli cheese soup which is why I always come back. The sandwiches are toasted correctly, but I wish it came with a little bit more meat(similar to Togos portions) One time I ordered a sandwich, it came with enough veggies inside to basically make another salad. This isn’t a bad thing, I’m just hoping the meat to veggie ratio was appropriate. When I see tons of veggies, im excited because I thought there would be an equal amount of meat, but I was wrong. The place is kept clean and the staff works quickly. It is a bit hard to hear them when they ask you what you want, etc. and vice versa. Only the guy at the register with the«Suit for a shirt» has a smile on his face and makes me feel like my day will go better. Thank god he’s at the very end because the people in the beginning just bring the mood down. Make your customers feel welcome instead of a burden! It makes a difference.

Apparently the most offensive thing you can do in this Quiznos is order lunch. Oh, and if you ask a question, expect your sandwich maker to point at the menu and give you an eye roll. Despite this initial insult, I was still hopeful that our sandwiches would be good, if not simply edible. Alas, it was not to be… Sandwich #1– unchewable bits of gristle throughout the meatballs, an inordinate amount of sauce which reduced that sandwich into a sloppy mess that could only be tackled with a spoon… Sandwich #2– dry(croûton-like even) Rosemary Parmesan bread surrounding bland and tough prime rib(maybe overcooked?). Generally, I would give a restaurant the opportunity to rectify their mistakes, but I was not at all interested in ever again interacting with these cooks. The cookie, chips and drinks were good… Essentially, we had a pricey junk food expedition rather than a nice mother/daughter lunch. Update: I just came across the receipt, and we were overcharged for the drink/chips addition. As other reviewers have mentioned, if you must eat here, watch the register as your order is rung up.

Pro tip. The large catering combo for 10 is $ 64.99 and has 6 large subs. You can buy the same 6 large sandwiches individually for $ 53. They’re charging $ 12 for the cardboard tray. You decide if it’s worth it.

Such a convenient location! It’s quite loud from the ventilation system but that’s ok. It’s just hard to hear the employees talk to you when you order. Overall excellent food quality, and lots of options for lunch. I will be back often!

Mmmm… I gotta say that this is the best quiznos I’ve been to, at least in the San Jose area. I’ve been to this location a few times and every time there’s an awesome guy who runs the register and puts a lot of care into each order I make. If you’re not sure what you want get the prime rib; can’t go wrong with that!

We have gone here a few times, and I would guess that maybe twice they have gotten our order right. We keep giving them chances because their location is so convenient. The employees are ALWAYS rude. You say hi, and they basically just look at you. Perhaps it is just the one chick that always seems to be working when I go in, but she never smiles, never says hi back, and just stares at you while you look at the menu. Last time I was in, she was mopping and was so zoned out she nearly mopped over my feet. Anyway, last time I was in I ordered a guacamole veggie sub with all the veggies minus tomato and mushrooms. The sandwich is also supposed come with red wine vinegar. What I got was bread with lettuce, guacamole, red/green pepper, and black olives. No cucumbers, no pickles, no onions, no banana peppers, nothing else. She even left off the vinegar. I would have been able to tell her all this, but you cannot see them make the sandwich because they stack bins in the way. I did not know the sandwich was missing so many ingredients until I got home. Bottom line: the sub was horrible and dry. It was missing half the ingredients. I paid nearly 9 bucks for it. The same sub at Subway would have been 5 bucks, and it probably would have been right since you can see them make it. I was frustrated since this was not the first time our order has been screwed up. I contacted corporate and they forwarded my comments to the manager. All he basically said was their veggies are listed on their menu. Well duh! Thanks for pointing out the obvious. It’s great they are on the menu, now if you could manage to put them on a sandwich that would be splendid. Maybe this place is OK when the zoned out rude girl is not behind the counter, but it sucks when she is. My advice would be to go one block further and get Subway. Quiznos may be a bit tastier when they do it right, but at this place that is rare and to pay nearly double for a nasty dry sub is ludicrous.

Broccoli cheese as soup of the day simply made my day. Veggie guacamole was neat and great. The guy was very helpful and did everything to make his customers happy. Loved the location soup and the sub, perfect. Can’t ask for anything more.

The guy was VERY friendly and helpful. I made an online order for a friend and myself. The guy at the store actually called me to confirm because apparently I had selected only a few veggies! He also told us how he had a hard time with the Veggie Guacamole as one consumer had apparently yelled at him for putting guacamole in the sub when he hadn’t selected it! Now, he explicitly asks if you want guacamole. The broccoli-cheese soup was very good as well!

I am never going back to this place. I ordered a guacamole sandwich online. Got back home and find no guacamole. I called him to let him know. He said I have to indicate online that I want guacamole on a guacamole sandwich. There is no such option online! What a cheap thing to say when I paid good money for my sandwich? He charges 10 cents for bags on a take out order? When questioned, he said its the law. I pointed out restaurants are exempt. He insists its the law. I really hope he runs out of business and we get another restaurant here. No word yet from Quiznos on my complaint.

Not usually a Quiznos eater, but I frequented this location a ton when I worked around the area as it was within walking distance. The staff here are so friendly, and everything is so quick. Lots of space outside to enjoy your sandwich/salad/soup when the weather is nice. This place is convenient as it’s located within walking distance of companies and apartment complexes, great place to grab and go or eat there and enjoy people watching. They’re also great with catering office events, or if you need a bunch of sandwich boxes to go as well.

I love this location. The Korean woman that works here is super efficient and nice and gives me a box for my food if I forget my canvas bag. The food is consistent with any other Quiznos. I like their salads and flatbread Sammies. I don’t know why this place has poor reviews. The food and service has always been great. I guess 10 cents really makes or breaks it for some people.

Went here for lunch today because I had no time to go elsewhere. Got a Chicken Milano sandwich. Why are they so lazy, cheap, or both that they leave fatty skin on the precious few bits of chicken? And worse, there were small pieces of cartilage! Just disgusting. I spit out nearly as much as I ate. Everything in a sandwich should be edible.

Charging 10 cents for a paper bag when restaurants are exempt for the San Jose law? Clearly smacks of profiteering!!! Verdict: Quiznos is already overpriced anyways. Just one more reason to stay away.

Prices are higher than other locations but they do accept coupons(trust me I use one every day as I work across the street). Just make sure you cut it to proper size and don’t give them an entire piece of paper! The reason I keep coming back is for the food and clean environment. Love the music. It’s very cozy! One tip for management: Fix your damn bathroom lock!

It’s a standard Quizno’s. Clean. Good food. It get’s 2 stars because they have increased their prices for most items, and the manager never participates in any Quizno’s specials/coupons if they can avoid it. Go to the Quizno’s at Rivermark Plaza instead. This location would be convenient for North Park residents, but Rivermark is not far. How muc fun is it to «eat out» when it’s just downstairs?
