I ordered the veggie/guac sandwich online, no cheese, with honey mustard, pickles, sauteed peppers, tomatoes, lettuce, sauteed onion, black olives, jalapenos, sauteed mushrooms and cucumber. What I got was: a smear and I mean smear of honey mustard, one pickle slice, one cucumber half slice, one slice of jalapeño, two thinly sliced tomatoes, a sprinkling of olives, lettuce and smear of quac. What I didn’t get: sauteed peppers, sauteed onion, sauteed mushrooms(oh and of course, the other half of the cucumber slice, another slice of pickle and possibly more quac. Called the owner and he said to come back. I told him I would tomorrow. We’ll see how differently the sandwich looks when I return, not during the lunch rush crowd, to get my sandwich addressed.

I was there for lunch today. I was the only customer when I walked in so I placed my order for salad and soup. The girl who took the order need to use loud voice to let the other girl, who stand about 10 ft away and was doing some chores to un-bag some vegetable from a large package, know what to prepare for my order. The other girl might be too focus on the vegetable and didn’t seem to hear what she was told to do. At the moments, more customers walked in and placed their orders. When the girl was done unpacking the vegetable a woman with two guests cut in line and told her to make her order first. The girl went with it and totally ignored my existence even though I was standing 2 ft across the counter from her and waiting for my order. It took them quite a while to finally realized my order was dropped and they made the salad and soup, and the store manager didn’t even bother to apologize after I told him what happened. He explained that the women who cut in line need to have her order processed in a different way and totally ignore the fact that I was there way before the women arrived. I’ve visited this place numerous times for lunch since it’s close to where I work and the store manager knows me as a frequent customer. Given the way they treat frequency customer with no respect, my future frequency of visiting this place will be zero.

I went to grab a sandwich today for lunch and they were closed. I really don’t understand how a sandwich making business like quizno’s can afford to be closed all day on a Saturday?! Good luck to that establishment, I will not be back to try again, whenever you are open.

Ok — my first and hopefully last time at a Quiznos. I was not familiar with the area and in a time crunch for lunch. Saw the Quiznos near Qualcomm campus and that was the quickest option compared to the other restaurants. They have a lot of great options for carnivores but it is VERYSLIM pickings for vegetarians. I was at a loss for what to order — finally, I got a tuna sandwich and it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great either. The toasted bread is a nice touch, but now I know why Ike’s or Little Lucca’s are super popular — that’s where I normally would go but I was out of my area — the latter two are just heads and shoulders above the traditional sandwich chains. The Quiznos line did move quickly and I was in and out in a jiff — so kudos to them for that.

FInding this place reminded me of Harold and Kumar go to white Castle. It was tough getting too even tho it was soo close. THen when I got to the plaza it was in the quiznos sign was at a different retaurant so I am wait a minute thats not it what kind of trickery is this I want quiznos so after some walking there it was kind of in the cuts of this lil shopping center. They must get alot of business cuz it was pretty busy there. I got the Black Angus, it was great. I got a large and finished it all real quick

The staff and the owner are very friendly and gracious. The owner has even remembered my name(because I always pay with my ATM card). There is a good reason Quiznos’ food is more expensive than Togo’s. Also don’t overlook their chili in the winter months! It’s absolutely delicious.

there was a time when I liked Quiznos and their rodent commercials, the taste just isn’t the same anymore. Staff was friendly and nice, but the soggy steak sandwich I got was not what I was used to.

POOR Customer service(and NO response to my complaint on the company website either)! When I went in last week I had two issues. By far my biggest was in the preparation of my Honey, Bourbon Chicken sandwich that I have been ordering there for years. Neither I nor my mother care for«spicy» foods so I am in the habit of ordering them without the hot sauce. When I made this request it seemed to confuse Marisol, the sandwich maker. Then she tried to tell me that both sauces for the sandwich are pretty mild. I told her regardless of her opinion, I’d prefer the hot sauce to be left off. Then she told me there is only the Honey Bourbon Sauce on there and did I want it without that? I didn’t want to bring home a dry sandwich to my mother so I said no though I was very suspicious so I let it go for the time being and ordered my regular roast beef sandwich for which I had a dollar off coupon. When it came time to pay I presented my coupon to the cashier who told me it wasn’t valid as it is only good for a regular Roast Beef sandwich and not one from their menu. I told her that I did in fact order a regular Roast Beef sandwich and she pointed towards the menu indicating that I had not. Second issue a cashier who seemed to want to just move me along instead of making sure I had a good experience there. It was lunchtime and while when I ordered my sandwiches there were only a few people behind me the line was now nearly out the door. Still suspicious of the ingredients in my HBC sandwich I tasted it and there was some spiciness to it. I marched back up to Marisol who stopped what she was doing and addressed my complaint and asked me again if I wanted a dry sandwich and I said no and left. I still like Quizno’s but I would caution anyone from going to this location! RayO

The food here is always great, but their manager is, for lack of a better word, worthless. My take out bag was a mess when I got back to work, and called to let them know they didn’t wrap it. The manager put the phone down and yelled at his employee with me listening. I’m a manager myself and know well enough that it all comes down to leadership. I asked to speak to the lady he yelled at, personally told her that I was fine with the food, that it could have been wrapped better, but to put the manager back on. When he picked up, I laid into him. I was disgusted with how he handled that situation and told him as a manager he has some growing up to do. I still give 3 stars because the workers are always nice, and very accommodating for my large take out orders.

I’ve been craving a Quizno’s sandwich for a week now and never had a chance to get one since I never know where any are anymore since all have been close. I decide to Google the closet location near my work so I can eat there for lunch. The location is really nice and clean. I always order the same thing to I didn’t think it’d be different at every location. The staff was completely rude and barely spoke English. Once I ordered and seen that sandwich had came out of the oven already, I waited at the register for several minutes until the other girl grabbed my sandwich out the oven and bagged it to go. Noticed there way NO napkins in the bag and I had to ask for some. When I got back to my office and opened my sandwich to eat, I noticed the bread wasn’t the same. The bread they used looked like a roll. It was awful. Also, my meat was cold. I only work 0.2 miles from this location so it should still be warm. I won’t ever go back to this location again. Service and the way they make there sandwiches were nasty!

Friendly people but they didn’t wrap sandwiches properly, sucks when your food spills as soon as bag opens

After a year or so of being shuttered, this location has reopened, with longer business hours and standard Quiznos fare.

Their flatbread sammy combo is very tasty for the price. TWO sammies which are less than $ 6.75. OK they are smallish: more like street tacos than anything. But very moist with plenty of flavor. The Sonoma Turkey had some heat to it and I really like the tender Roadhouse steak. I rarely eat here but this was a decent meal.

i don’t go to quiznos often, but their sandwiches are pretty good. today, i tried a ‘sammy.’ a sammy is a sandwich made from a pita, kinda like a taco. there are 6 flavors i think, 4 on the normal menu and 2 ‘healthy’ choices. i got the alpine chicken with bacon and steak(those aren’t the healthy ones incase you’re wondering). i made it a meal and got a back of jalepeno kettle chips and a diet coke. all that goodness for $ 6. the two sammies are small, you def need to eat two(if not three) to get full. the pita bread is nice a soft and the meat they put in is mighty tasty. i’m probably gonna go back real soon to get these again!

Best service I’ve ever received at a Quizno’s. They have my order memorized, and never get it wrong.
