I feel they where super fair, honest and great work in the end. I dealt with Osiris and he was very forthright. They replaced the front struts/​shocks in my Jeep Cherokee and although I feel it took them longer then initially quoted yet he kept the same price as he gave me from the very start and that is Golden.
I would feel confident to recommend them to my family, friends and anyone that needs a decent and good auto service shop.
Thank you Osiris for the great work, service and price and I will be back as soon as I need any auto work done of any kind.

Always always always available to give me an oil change. have been wanting to write a review for a while now. I have been going to this place for about 4 or 5 years straight now so they remember me. It’s a decent price and they give you a sticker (which I must have) to remind you of your next visit. In and out within usually 25 minutes. They inspect my car and let me know of possible issues I need to fix. It’s key to have a place you know you can go to for a routine oil change. Love this place, not much to it but good service with a smile!

If you’re looking for honest good work this is the place. It’s reasonably priced and you’re going to leave with peace of mind knowing your car was fixed correctly. Osiris is professional and got my car back to me the same day.

After taking my car to multiple mechanics and having various things fixed that were never the problem, I found out about these guys through a friend and thought I would give them a try.
They solved the problem in 1 day… Other mechanics had my car for weeks at a time. I highly recommend Q-​west Auto Service to anyone who is tired of dishonest mechanics who dig deep into your pockets.

I only take my cars here. I found them after another mechanic told me I would need to replace my shocks, struts and tires for ~$ 1,600. I took it here and they told me, my struts were fine but the shocks and tires were probably done. Estimated cost was $ 800 but they got some deal on the tires when they were ordering them and they knocked another $ 100 off.
Since then I’ve had my old car (Mazda 6) serviced there nearly a dozen times and my new car (Lexus IS250) serviced twice. I’m taking my nephew’s car there soon to make sure all is good to go with it. Great, high-​quality service with no worry of price gouging and the owners are really chill and let you know what’s going on. Definitely a 5 star business in my book.

I’ve been taking my car here ever since they told me there was no charge to check whatever problems I’m having. After they tell you, you feel you have no obligation to repair it then.
*I took my car to jiffy lube and they forgot to put my cap back on. It wasn’t until i took it to Q-​west a few months later to complain about my engine. It was because I had no oil! it was all over my car engine! These guys were great they gave me a gallon of oil and told me i should take it back to have jiffy lube to have them clea myn engine and replace my cap.
Since then I’ve had my oil changed with them, new tires, transmission fluid change. All with the best prices in town!
I always go to them first!

Guys are nice. Took my car in to get a 90K service. They were good on timing, said everything checked out fine, was a good price, and seemed to be pretty genuine and honest. They’re great.

I moved back to San Jose a year ago and needed my car serviced. I was driving by and on a whim stopped in. These guys were outstanding. They changed my oil and sent me on my way. I have an old Saturn pushing 200K and it neecds extra TLC as it is starting to show it’s age. About 2 months after the oil change my transmission started leaking and they took my car right away and put me back on the road in 2 hours. Yesterday I brought it in without an appointment to have my belts changed and my timing chain checked and my water pump changed. Not only did they stay late to make sure it got done THAT DAY, they came in $ 100 less than the original estimate ($ 400 not $ 500) because they felt the timing chain was fine and didn’t need to be changed. Wow!
It is 2 brothers who worked with their dad and now that their dad has retired they are building their own business. You can tell that these are business owners who intend to be in business a long time and want you to come back. And I will come back and I am going to send them as much business as I can to make sure that they stay there!
