I first came here about 4 years ago for a new deck and speakers for my car and of what I can remember everything went smooth. The guys were there and picked up the phone when I called.
Now I am selling my car so I wanted to put my stock deck and speakers back in so I called to make an appointment and there was no answer, the phone kept ringing. So I decided to just go to the shop to talk to someone. After 45minutes of waiting for someone to show up to the shop during business hours Patrick showed up and I made an appointment.
The day of my appointment rolls around and I show up a little earlier for my 11:30 appt. I waited over an hour for someone to show up and no one did. The only phone number available was one on the website and no one was answering obviously because no one was at the shop.
Very disappointed, I took my car to get the work done elsewhere.

Patrick and the team over at Platinum took care of a few different jobs for me on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler. Everything they did was first class quality and service. As someone in the Service Industry I can assure you there is no better place for your automobile needs then Platinum. Thank you for everything I will definitely be back when I have more money

Took my car in for a LED bar to be installed. Installed just the way I wanted and great service. Would definitely come back again in the future. Great work at reasonable price.

This shop is wicked! they’ve done a great job on my endeavor to change my not so great stereo. i provide the stereo and they do the work! the price is «not cheap» but the quality of work that they have done on it is worth it. ohhh and they also put a backup camera (witch i provide) and it works great! thank you so much for the quality of work and great service

Just got our alarm installed and as always Platinum Autoworks has met/​exceeded our expectations!

Very professional installation by Emanuel here at Platinum Autoworks and at an extremely reasonable price. I brought my own radio and harness and I was charged $ 40 for the radio installation and another $ 25 to wire the bluetooth microphone.

Ive been coming here since i had my last honda these guys are great at what they do and will go above and beyond to make sure you have a great product. They have great customer service most important great personalities and honest makes it easy to bring my truck here. This is and always will be my one stop shop for all my truck needs I highly recommend them. They will take care you and your vehicle. Went to Platinum Autoworks to get a new car stereo after my old one stopped working. Pat helped me pick out a new deck that had all the features I wanted. He gave me a deal a couldn’t refuse and got started on the install right away. Got my car back and the installation was clean and very professionally done. Pats really easy to work with, humble and straight forward.
Definitely coming back to platinum if I ever need anything done for my car. They offer a whole variety of services like window tinting alarms, and a whole bunch of custom work.

Went to get a new stereo installed and had an outstanding experience. They were friendly and respectful. They installed my stereo for less than $ 110 and set everything up for me. I appreciated the hospitality and quickness. They installed it in less than an hour. I will definitely be back. Want my windows tinted and some LED lights put in. They are some amazing people who do high quality work. Fast, easy, and far from sleezy!!!

Platinum Autoworks is a cool shop and Patrick is a knowledgable owner who quotes sane prices. I wanted to find someone who could get me into my aftermarket Pioneer (I was locked out), and Patrick was my guy.
Unfortunately, the original owner of my car had a laughably rigged wiring system (with lots of electrical tape and cut up wires) that ended up creating an iron wall with my security system and disabled the touchscreen… oy. Well, I’m still locked out basically because of this, but Patrick was professional in his dealings with me, and explained that it would be more cost-​effective for me to get a new unit than to have it fixed.
When I get my new unit I will be taking it to Patrick because I appreciate the value of his advice and his honest ethics.

Great customer service and workmanship, that’s all I look for in a business, stay blessed Platinum Autoworks!!! Came to get my truck alarm installed and they were very helpful in explaining my options and gave me a great deal.

Came at closing. My fuse is difficult to get at a auto body store. The guy there changed it for free. I didn’t have cash.

Patrick and his wife were as professional and as nice as one could hope for when conducting any sort of business. I chose Platinum Autoworks to upgrade the OEM radio in my vehicle due to their high satisfaction rating earned through a number of reviews on Unilocal.I have to admit I was not disappointed in any regard with their service and professionalism. I called them on a Monday and made the appointment for the install that Friday, when Friday rolled around I showed up at the scheduled time and they got my vehicle in the shop right away. Patrick was patient and thorough discussing some of the options available prior to the install of the new deck, as I had not had an aftermarket stereo in over a decade this was very insightful and useful information.
The install itself took about an hour and a half as I was told it would. Patrick took a few minutes to show me some of the new functions of the deck and ensured the bluetooth was operating correctly once he was done. The work was very thorough and neat, no exposed wires or questionable install practices to speak of. All in all I would give Platinum Autoworks a higher rating if I could because they were friendly, met the agreed upon schedule, and they completed the work in a professional and timely manner. I don’t have any future plans requiring their services at this time, but if I did I would call these guys first.

Shout-​outs to Patrick and his whole staff for holding it down at Platinum Autoworks. I made an appointment last week to stop by today to get my sub installed. The whole staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about everything I needed to know about the situation. I was able to get back my car in a timely matter.
Looking forwards to come back in the near future to get my air bags installed at this location! Highly recommended to stop by here to get your sub’s installed, window tinting, or detailing!

Patrick and Oscar were so nice! I just took my car to them today to get a new car deck put in (i was getting tired of radio/​17 track CDs).
I drove off 20 minutes later and noticed the sound was off. I brought it back and poor Oscar spent like another hour on it. I drove off again and noticed that the sound was still a LIL off, but upon reading the manual of my deck, it was just a setting that I had to pick and it wasn’t the set-​up of the deck at all.
I’m soooOoOooO sorry Oscar for wasting a hour of your life. No wonder he kept looking so confused as to why the FM connection wasn’t working. I would definitely recommend this place to other people because they are fair in their prices and very patient.

A few months ago, a very evil person vandalized my car and stole the lights for my rear license plate and cut two holes in the trunk of my car and cut out the lights :(
I began searching for an auto shop that would install a full alarm system at a reasonable price. After receiving many quotes and recommendations from friends, I decided to contact Patrick at Platinum Autoworks, who received wonderful reviews from everyone I spoke with.
I described to him the alarm system I had in mind, and after asking me questions about what kind of features I wanted, he suggested the best system for me. I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of all the systems on the market, as well as his honesty. He didn’t try to force additional features onto me in hopes of making more money (as many shops I had called had done), and offered me the most reasonable security for my car.
I was happily surprised when he mentioned that he was also able to repair the missing lights caused by the vandalism, and quoted me a fraction of the price that I had received from other shops. I had dropped my car off in the morning and by that evening, Patrick gave me a call to let me know that my car was ready. That very same day! He had many other vehicles in the shop, so I was quite impressed with the speed and efficiency of the job.
He explained all the features of the alarm system to me, and demonstrated how everything worked. I absolutely LOVED the lights he had installed to replace the missing lights in my trunk, as they were brighter than the ones before.
I was also very happy to hear that the alarm system was under full warranty, as are all the systems in his shop, because he is a certified vendor of the product. He was very patient to answer all my questions about my new alarm, and I happily left the shop feeling much safer than before in my now-​protected vehicle.
I would highly recommend Platinum Autoworks — they not only install car alarms, but also window tinting, detailing, custom modifications, and many other services at a wonderful price! Thank you Patrick for all your help and excellent work :)
