I’m not going to waste my time on this review, but I have to warn EVERYONE.
These guys are thieves!!!
DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Saved me money! Downside? Communication! I totally understand they’re busy so I just leave voice mails, but no return calls for a couple of days.
The check from my insurance was held at my bank, (which is my fault) but hey you’re not suppose to pay them yet until your car is done, right? The owner Lito was kind but he was kind of rushing me to pay him right away, he said he needs to buy parts of my car, pay his mechanics and such… (he’s suppose to have his own funds to get his business going) So I paid him on the day I’m suppose to get the car, and… it’s not done yet! Waited for two days, not very satisfied with the quality of work! Still got dent by my side mirror. I’ll post pics later.
If you want to save? Yes I would recommend! But quality? BIG NO NO.

My family and I come here every time for any auto body or mechanical needs.

Lito and staff are very respectful and courteous. They never try to push you for any unnecessary repairs, like many other shops do. They’re honest and tell you what you need. I’ve gotten quotes from other places and Pilipinas always quotes me cheaper and always notify me when other places have lied to me.
The only drawbacks would be that at times they’re hard to reach (I know, they’re very busy), they take a little longer than most places, they’re shop is in an awkward location and parking is hard, and their shop is a little dingy (I know, like most places).
If you can overcome those negatives, you’ll come to learn that Lito and staff are people you can build trusting relationships with. I definitely recommend them to you if you want people you can depend on and need to save money!

I just had my Olds van repaired and was very happy with the work done at Pilipinas Auto body. It was probably the 5^th time I have had my wrecked cars repaired there over the last 15 years. They fixed a side panel of my Miata that was crushed by my pregnant wife on a parking garage column 15 years ago. Pilipinas took care of a flattened front end when my Mercedes slid into another car on rain soaked El Camino last Winter. Another side panel of the same car 2 years before that. I had a 1995 Celica repainted about a year ago. Each time Pilipinas did a great job. The work was done on time. It was done right. The paint matched. When extra work was needed they handled it. I did not have to go back. They did a good job on a friend’s car too, that I referred to them. Ask for Lito Lazo, the owner.

I started coming here for their services because of my parents.
This is pretty much my family’s go to body shop! We’ve used them for services like oil change, break pads, alignment, and whatever body work we needed for our vehicles.
From my experience I have been able to reach them when needed. I had an accident several years ago, and had to leave my Jetta in their shop. Their work was complete on the day they promised and my car looked good as new!
The only negative thing about this place is that it’s kinda hard to find… I easily missed their sign the first time I came here and still miss the small driveway to their shop from time to time, but their services are good and trustworthy.

This shop has been the go to shop for my mom to get any body work fix for her car. This shop has been at this location for almost a decade, so you know any bodyshops that has been open for that long is doing something right. Whether it’s returning customers, or new, they have manage to stay in business for that long unlike other bodyshops.
The service here is good base on a couple factors. Their work is outstanding from what I have seen. They take their time to actually get the car that they are fixing like it was never in a accident. Another fact is that they have one small office and just one person is taking calls and trying to talk to people that are coming in the shop at the same time. They are friendly to chat with and very knowledgeable with their trade skills.
One thing I didn’t like was that when they had painted my moms car, the paint didn’t match right. it was very noticeable and was fixable but would have taken more time and money on their part which they didn’t want to do. Another down side to this shop is the time frame to get your vehicle back varied because they do have a lot of vehicles to work on. They would say, it would be done in a 2 weeks but then they would change it up a week later to say it’s going to be longer than what they expected.
This Body shop gets the okay and not the awesome rating for lacking in customer service. I haven’t been back to this shop ever since my moms vehicle was brought here.
