Anastacio Rodriguez has been working as a Massage Therapist since 2009, and has also been a receiver of massage/​bodywork since 1998 while competing in High School Cross Country Running.

His styles range from relaxation, myofascial release, deep tissue, and Sports Massage. He believes that the body can heal itself and sometimes it just needs a little help along the way. He is pleased to offer his assistance to you on your journey to a healthy and pain free body.

Although Anastacio enjoys employing a calming relaxation massage to help his clients manage stress, he is also very adept at addressing problems ranging from chronic pain to specific injuries.

Anastacio is a great bodyworker. He somehow manages to get in and find all those tight muscle knots and work them out and yet you also leave feeling relaxed, not beat up like after many deep tissue massages. I originally went to him for some neck pain which he really helped clear up. Then I injured my Achilles tendon and he worked on my calf and it not only helped alleviate the pain but I was also able to start running again! I recommend him to everyone! He really knows his stuff and provides the perfect blend between a deep tissue and a relaxing massage.

I have been seeing Anastacio for about a year and he does a great job working out all the kinks I sustain with my very busy and active lifestyle. Anastacio is the real deal. Wow. It’s no fluffy spa message — he finds the trouble spots and works them out. I went in with a lot of neck and back pain from working at a computer all day. He said my neck felt like a brick wall. It was like he nicely chiseled away at the wall one brick at a time through massage and some stretches. It’s intense but so worth it. My body feels less tight and I definitely felt some relief. I’ll be back… like really soon. :)
Location is easy to find on Almaden expressway near Capitol. Oh and he has convenient online scheduling. Love that!

The best of the best! I get massages from Anastacio once a month and I will never go anywhere else.
There is never a wait (even when I arrive early). You never feel rushed. He is professional, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. The hour goes by too quickly! You can tell he knows his stuff because he’ll find the knots in your muscles that you didn’t even know were there to begin with! He is thorough and his massages are very effective. He even spends extra time with me afterwards to demonstrate stretches that will help alleviate the constant tension in my shoulder /​neck area.
I also love that I can easily book my appointments with him online.
What a gem! Thank you Anastacio for getting me out of pain!
Tip: Buy a package to save some money! Worth every penny :)

I was having alot of problems with very tight shoulder muscles. Anastacio always finds the sore spots and is able to relieve my stress. Any time I call for an appointment he is always able to work with my schedule and give me a great massage. I would highly recommend him for anyone that needs a massage or just wants to relax.

I was having problems with my rotator cuff — physical therapy and exercise were helping in the healing process, but I still had limited range of motion and soreness. I had one session with Antonio who focused on the area, and after treatment, the soreness had decreased significantly, and the range of motion had also increased. Anastacio is great: professional and knowledgable.

I needed a massage therapist for a last minute work gig and was referred to Anastacio by a friend! Anastacio was extremely flexible and accommodating to work with.
The entire office staff (myself included) was very pleased with his work. He was friendly and professional. He was thoughtful of each one of our needs and did a great job. Not only does Anastacio has a lot of experience he is also very knowledgeable in what he does. He gave me great advice for my (persistent) lower back pain that I have not been able to cure.

I recieve both massage and bodywork semi-​regularly. I have also worked with many therapists in the business aspect and I can honestly say that Anastacio is by far one of the best bodywork therapists I know. His knowledge and techniques are much more advanced and personalized so you wont find work like his anywhere else. Im so glad I was able to find him after he has moved locations and started his own business, his new location is quite spacious, relaxing, and very professional.

I’ve been receiving massage for many years, and I do believe I won’t be going to anyone else but Anastacio!
I think that a lot of massage therapists learn the body and memorize muscles because they have to pass a test at massage school. It’s obvious that Anastacio takes his career seriously, and knows the body at a deep level.
Plus, the massage is awesome. It’s so nice to go someone who can notice the imbalances in my body and right away make the massage individualized just for me.
I highly recommend him, and as a fitness business owner, I will be sending ALL of my clients his way.

Anastacio has been helping my back for a few years now. I have a history of back pain that controls my life. With a bulged disc, sciatica pain and numbness in my right leg, I go to Anastacio for muscle pain relief.
One specific time, earlier this year, had me completely sold on his massage was when I had been experiencing extreme pain for about 2 months straight. I was in excruciating pain, was seeing the chiropractor 3 times a week. It took one session with Anastacio to push me in the right direction. He did massage and incorporated stretching techniques. That one massage helped me tremendously, I was able to heal quickly and stop seeing the chiropractor so regularly. I was so relieved that my massage was able to help with my sciatica! Better results than seeing my chiropractor.
Whether you have back issues, sore muscles, or just need to relax, I would definitely recommend Anastacio, he is a miracle worker!! He uses a combination of techniques specialized for your individual needs.
