After waiting an hour to get my car, they came up to me and asked me to find it because they lost it. There’s a decent spot on the other side of the airport. Go there, this place sucks

This place is amateur hour to the max. They have no idea what the hell they’re doing, and whatever you save in $ is wasted in time.

Worst car service we’ve ever experienced. There are two other parties waiting with us right now making it a total of 7 people calling, mind you it’s 4am and raining, and no one is answering the phone. I proceeded to call the «managers cellphone» and was sent to his voicemail. Do not use this service, it is horrible.

Worst driver ever! Don’t even deserve 1star for the rating. The early morning driver is so aggressive, he cuts off other drivers on the road intentionally. Very bad service. I do not recommend this place.

0 star, bad service, waited for 45 mins for a shuttle and the driver was rude, never again

On drop off, everything seemed fine. When I arrived this morning to pick up my car, it was downhill rapidly. Called as directed on the receipt and gave them the numbers on the stub, presumably so they could pull my car up. Shuttle was speedy to the airport. Only complaint is the driver was constantly on his cell phones — and not using bluetooth (per the CA law).
Get to the lot — no one knows where my car is. 30 minutes of people appearing to be busy & still no car. Keep asking attendants as they were going past and no one had any idea where my car was, nor could they figure out where it might have gone.
40 minutes into this nightmare of virtually zero communication and still no car, I call the police to see if this particular lot has had this issue before — «losing» cars.
At this point it was let the belligerence begin! The «manager» starts cursing at me, refuses to speak to the police officer, berates me, my car, my family, my car again. Starts screaming, still refusing to talk with the police officer. Claims he pulled my car up (no he didn’t — I watched him pull a Volvo station wagon up — not my car). In the meantime someone does pull my car to the curb out in front of the parking lot.
«Manager» is still screaming at me, cursing, saying it’s my fault I’m late because I’m not paying for parking (so far that hasn’t been addressed as they didn’t have my car). I tell him I’m trying to. He keeps disparaging me, my car, my credit card, my family, the police, but finally takes my card and runs the charge for parking. All the while screaming and cursing at me yelling that I’m never to come back.
Trust me, that won’t be a problem!

This place is horrible, never going to use it again — dirty dump! Had to leave our car there just because we prepaid online and we were almost late for the flight. Some kind of Jamaican teenagers running this place. We called 6 times asking to pick us up from SJ airport, from different phones, they showed up in 50 minutes!

I wish I would have read the reviews before I booked. Unprofessional, shabby run down vans, took FOREVER. I would never park there ever again. Everything a parking lot should be, this wasnt…

Used this place for our 2 week trip and they were fantastic. We had an early flight 600am and a late return 1130pm and we were picked up within 5 minutes. Price was good too.

These people are the worst. I go online to make a reservation and the site quotes a price of $ 5.49 a day. I thought that seemed reasonable so I booked them by my travel dates and checked out and found out after I put in my card number than they don’t let you review the order after you put in you charge info. So the total for 3 days turned out to be $ 25.96 plus 2.08 for tax and 7.00 airport fee. Even if you break down the base rate of 3 days it’s way more than 5.49 a day. So they processed the order and I called the number on the confirmation to ask to talk to customer service. The guy tells me he can’t talk to me and he might get into an accident talking to me and that I should call 4 085 987 138. So I call that number to find out I get some guy from LA who was totally ticked off I’m calling him saying to leave him alone and get lost:(. So I call back the same driver who again said he’s going to get into an accident if he talks to me and to call a second number of 4 084 411 470. So I called and got a voice mail saying they are the residence of the Ortiz Family,…WTF. Again I call back and the driver tells me he can’t talk and he hung up on me. This is crazy customer service. I will be fighting this charge all the way on my credit card. These people should be put out of business. Never again! Beware. And as a side note if you come to this place early morning chances are there is nobody at the booth. in that case you have to drive over to fast parking down the street (which BTW they also own and have the same bad reviews on Unilocal) to get serviced. Sorry but this is not worth the supposed $ 5.50 you think you are going to pay. Avoid!

Worst experience ever, when we first arrived, no one was at the booth. Also the door to the booth was left wide open with car keys just hanging there, so don’t valet your car! Then I called the guy, asking where he is, he said he’ll be right back, 5 minutes later he was back. Turns out they also do parking for employees of this casino near by so the guy at the booth drives the shuttles for them. 20 minutes later, the airport shuttle finally showed up, it smells and is very dirty. Overall it took us more than 35 minutes to get to the airport from the parking lot. Definitely avoid this place if possible

Would never park here again. The lot did not look very secure, the people not very friendly, the wait time when I returned was more than 25 minutes after my phone call, and they charged me for an extra day because they were so late in picking me up. I did not want to argue, because I wanted to get home. I will look for better service.

If you value money more than your precious time and your safety is of no concern, then this is the place for you.
The location is shady but I can usually see pass that. Valet was the only option (which meant I had to give them my keys) because they were oversold even though I had reservations. The small old scary van that took us to the airport was driven way too fast and made everyone nervous as we all start reaching for our seatbelts. On the return, which was a Wednesday night at 9:30pm, I called for the pick up, and after 15minutes of waiting, I called again. He said I wasn’t there. Well, he forgot the name of the airline and went to the wrong place. So, it eventually took 30 minutes of waiting in the cold to get picked up. A similar scary old van reeked of fumes and made a nauseaus. I was honestly surprised that my car was still there, so for that they get one star.

AWFUL! Called them a day in advance to confirm rate/​reserve spot, and the person on the phone said no advance booking was necessary. When we return after our trip to get the car, they don’t honor the rate, saying it needed to be booked online in advance. The parking attendant says the info must have been a «mistake» by one of the three drivers attending calls on Sunday, and a mistake isn’t misinformation or cheating since it’s «just a mistake» ! To add insult to injury, they slam on surprise charges nowhere disclosed earlier. Don’t trust them.
As other reviews have also shared, the shuttles are in dilapidated condition and do take about 20 – 25 minutes going, and a 20 minute wait at airport returning. Do keep that in mind, if after reading the reviews you still end up using their service.

I prepaid for this through an Orbitz reservation, not bothering to look into who the actual vendor was before my flight. For a few extra dollars, you can definitely find better options in SJC.
First of all, the lot is all out in the open and there is not much in the way of security. The old van that took us to the airport took well over 30 mins to arrive and then upon our return let a car-​load of people sit in a fume-​filled (with a broken windshield, no less) van for 30 minutes on top of the wait time for it to arrive, while the driver did who knows what on his cell phone. When we were dropped off at our car and went to exit, the rep at the gate tried to make me pay for a second time and had to be shown my original receipt repeatedly before he would acknowledge I’d prepaid through Orbitz. Not very good service.

I wish I could leave Zero Stars!!! This operation was beyond slow. The sign at their pick-​up states transportation every 10 minutes. We waited over 30 minutes to be taken to the airport and more than 30 minutes to be picked up from the airport. Horrible customer service, dishonest pick-​up times, lazy employees, Do Not park here!!! The cost is cheap, but time is money!!! Never will we use this company again, ever!

If you have all the time in the world then this place is for you. The ticket they give you when you check in says the shuttle comes every 5 – 15 minutes. It should read every 45 minutes if we are in the mood. We flew Southwest and called the phone number on the receipt when we landed. We then went outside and waited at bus pick up #9 for an hour. I called 3 times from my phone and once from my wifes phone with a fake accent so I sounded different. Amateurs, unprofessional and the worst parking facility at San Jose Airport unless time is not an issue with you.

This place is a joke! First off I arrive at the address listed when pre-​purchasing and it was pretty shady looking, the parking lot is over crowded and there was hardly anywhere to park, pot holes every where and nobody around. FOund a place to park and my son and I walked around the parking lot trying to figure out where the shuttle was. I found someone and tried to ask him but was unable to communicate because he didnt speak english. We waited for a while and finally a van showed up and the guy said he cant go to the airport yet (it was 7:30 am) and to drive down the street to his sister company there will be a shuttle waiting for me. So at this point I have no choice, its been over 30 minutes and I need to get to the airport or we will miss our flight. we drive down and I’m told that I need to leave my keys so they can park my car later because the lot is full. With the janky looks of this place, I refuse and finally they allow me to park my own car. The van we rode in was so old and beat up, seriously the seat belts didnt work and I had to switch seats with another woman so my son could have a seat bealt that worked. The foam is coming up out of the seats, it’s really bad.
Once we arrived back from our trip, I called the service to pick us up. We waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle to come and get us, it was crazy! I will never EVER again park at this location, the only reason there is 1 star here is because the guy at the booth checking us out was really nice and I appreciated his kindness! Other than that, this place sucks! Oh and if you decide to park here, expect your car to be filthy from the freeway when you pick it up!

They do lack some signage that the EZ Park lot is the correct lot to go to, though. I would rate 5 stars if not for that. Fortunately after some honking someone came out and directed me there. It’s the same company and just down like an eighth of a mile.
4 stars — would give a full 5 if they had proper signage at the 1750 lot.

I only booked this service through
because my usual, at the Clarion Hotel by the airport, was sold out online. Wow. What a mistake.
When I dropped off my car on Friday, there wasn’t anyone paying any attention at the gate, so after sitting there for 5 minutes, I pulled in, drove around the pothole-​riddled parking lot trying to avoid destroying my 18″ rims, and parked it myself. After pre– paying for valet parking. Had to flag down the woman in the booth to ask her about procedures, and she just grabbed a man working, told him to give me a ticket, and then pointed to the «shuttle». And by shuttle, I mean beat up van with exposed foam sticking out of the seats. Rough book. The driver was, however, very nice and I was late for the airport, so it was fine, really. I wasn’t that bothered.
When I returned on Monday, I called the office at 9:20pm to announce I had landed and was waiting. It was 9:51pm before a shuttle arrived, and when it did, it was almost full. Three rude ***holes who hadn’t been waiting more than two minutes literally jumped in the van so fast that they took the seats of myself and the elderly couple who had been waiting an unacceptable 31 minutes at that point. The driver said that there was a shuttle «right behind him». Interestingly, it was another 20 minutes, and the same van that returned.
I looked online. It’s literally 0.7 miles from the terminal to their office. And I waited OVER AN HOUR to get there. When I returned, my car was filthy from the highway dust going right past the lot, the attendant once again seemed confused when I asked a basic question about payment, and I ended up paying MORE than I usually do at the Clarion, where I’ve gone back and forth seven times already this year, without a hitch.
Never. Again.
