History

Established in 2008.

In 2009 after Shawne had some months of nudging about the shredding idea he shared it with me. Confirmation came when we found an Allegheny manual strip shredder being sold locally and Shawne did our first jobs. He painstakingly shredded hundreds of boxes and quickly realized we needed a fully automated shredding system and within 3 months found an Ultra Shred Paper Predator. In 2014 we bought a brand new Alpine 720 STAK 26 shredder and it is fabulous. We also have a hard drive destroyer on our new mobile truck. We can be confident your private information is completely destroyed. We are a husband and wife owned and run business and we feel blessed to be doing such an important and necessary service for our communities.

LeSonia: Born in the farmlands of MN and raised in Glenn County, CA. Above all I love being a mommy and the challenge of being an excellent entrepreneur at the same time. Things that bring me energy are home decorating, art projects, singing, recreational dancing and R&B and jazzy blues music. I always look forward to vacationing on a lake, traveling the world and exploring different cultures.

Shawne: Born and raised in the bay area, enjoys gardening with our daughter and cooking.

Found them on Unilocal,saw all the great reviews and decided to give them a call.
This was for work, we had 15 boxes that needed to shredded and I was quickly given the fees which I found to be very reasonable, I set up an appointment for this Wednesday, they called yesterday with an opening I quickly took it as the boxes were taking up a lot of space. They were here on time and were very quick in shredding all our old files. Awesome customer service!!!
I will def. use them again and recommend them to friends!

OUTSTANDING!!! On time, professional, courteous and fast. They make an overt effort to provide and maintain your privacy throughout the transfer and shedding process. Your documents only leave your line of sight when the previously locked transfer bin is hydraulically pulled into the shredding machine, which you can then watch on a video screen as it’s being shredded. These folks are incredibly serious about the service they provide. They even avert their eyes while dumping your documents into a soon to be locked transport bin. They destroy hard-​drives by cutting the drive in half and both halves are then shown to you in a matter of seconds. I imagine you could ask for your destroyed hard drives back if you were so inclined. We will be using these folks again and again. *Their pricing is very reasonable and available on their website.

What fantastic service! It was easy to make an appointment by phone, and the price was reasonable and affordable. The truck came on time, and they were friendly and courteous. I could even watch on a video monitor as my six boxes of documents were shredded in under 5 minutes. It was great! Wish I had done this year’s ago, and I plan to recommend Pantera to everyone!

We used Pantera to shred a few boxes of confidential documents that we had in our garage. LeSonia was very friendly over the phone when we scheduled and Shawne arrived right on time and was done in less than 10 minutes! Pantera’s price turned out to be a fraction of what they charge for shredding at one of the large office supply stores in the area (and Pantera actually comes to you)! I highly recommend the service and wish I would have discovered them sooner!

Required a mobile shredding company that serviced the Palo Alto area and luckily I found Pantera’s Unilocal page via a Google search. Our office is on the second floor and our building does not have an elevator so we were charged an extra $ 1 per box hauling charge. I am a little person, one box would have been hard enough so the extra charge is a no biggie. The service was fast and very convenient. Prices are reasonable and scheduling an appointment went smoothly. They also have a great deal on Unilocal right now, $ 75 for $ 100 deal. Will be using Pantera mobile shredding again in the future!

The TEAM is great and very easy to deal with. I called & spoke with LeSonia; and she discussed & emailed me the process & fee (very reasonable) & made me an appointment … great communication!
Shawne came in and started hauling my documents to his state of the art shredding truck; and he even invited me to watch the video while my docs. are being shredded. Fast & quick … 21 boxes of papers/​documents in less than 10 minutes.

They came, they saw, they shredded.
Shawne & team were awesome folks that accommodated not just myself but my neighbors as well. I scheduled them to come to Mountain View and they were able to make it even though it was outside their typical pickup day (Tuesday) for my area.
Even though they could have parked in front of my garage to grab the documents to shred, Shawne said that it would be better to do it on the street as it would be less noisy for the neighbors.
Quick, easy, painless (except for the paper). I’m calling up Pantera the next time and every time after that!

I was faced with emptying out my 5’x5’ storage space, and I was dreading having to pack 25 banker boxes full of old files from my last company into my SUV and take it to some shredding/​recycling center. Pantera made it super easy to dispose of these old files. Their truck showed up on time. They dumped the old files, plastic inserts, staples, paper clips and all into their bins and I got to watch on video as they were shredded. Seven years of records shredded in 15 minutes (my former admin will shed a tear). I couldn’t have asked for a more convenient way to have disposed of them.
I understand they also do residential shredding, 5 banker boxes for $ 50. I’ll definitely keep that in mind when I want to get rid of all of those old taxes, medical records, and mortgage refinances. If you are moving you definitely should give them a call.

Shawne came to my house today with his new truck. He was on time and he was very good at what he does. I had 121 boxes of documents that had to be carried up a steep driveway to his truck. Shawne did it fast and at an extremely reasonable price. I can see why they have great reviews. The service was excellent and I highly recommend him to anyone needing shredding services. Shawne is personable and we had great conversation while he worked. A true professional and I am very pleased.
