We arrived right at 10am(which is when they open). They unlocked the doors for us, but said to give them 10 minutes, because they weren’t ready yet. As we waited, we noticed food on the tables… We were the first customers there, so that means the food was left from last night. I also noticed throughout my stay that the floor hadn’t been cleaned, the counters had food scraps on them, and the children’s high chairs were dirty as well.

The words Panda Express I have ever been to. No manager on duty and the lady in charge Alejandra is the worst assistant in the world.

This place is terrible with how much food they give you. Avoid this location if possible.

Don’t come here. The amount of food they give you per your money isn’t worth it. The line is horrible too. Most Panda Express I go to have long lines because the food takes a long time to cook. Doesn’t excuse the painfull of experience of waiting though. The line was out the door and along the sidewalk when I went for lunch last time. They need to expand their kitchen or something. Its not like your waiting line line for gourmet food. I was satisfied with the amount of chow mein I got but there was barely a sample of sweet and sour pork. The amount of rice they give you is ridiculously small too. This place is a ripoff and a huge time waster.

(: Boba-Foodaholic Says :) My order: Kids meal(Orange chicken + Chow mien) So after visiting game stop, we decided to eat at the Panda Express because I couldn’t find any other place to eat than this. So when I was about to enter, wow the line was all the way outside to get the food. Even though there were 5 people the line never did get shorter. While I was waiting, I was trying to find a seat, no clean seats at all because one persons were siting in the four people seat. Also, the beverage island is dirty that I could barely get my stuff. The food is same all over the Panda Express. It comes down to the services that they serve. Their service is soso except the one employee. She works so hard and efficiently, whereas other people are just«working.» I wanted to give her tips for working so hard but she was so busy that she didn’t had time for to receive it.

Ok. So I am craving Asian food and am in the wrong side of town for that. Surely the only place around here that has something resembling Asian food is Panda Express. Pay attention to my choice of words though; I said«resembling» and that should be underlined. I have tried Panda express maybe twice in my lifetime and having been all over Asia let me tell you… this is mediocre food. Ok, I understand that it is the Americanized version of fast Asian food and that it is made for that type of palates. However, even in the Asian neighborhoods across San Jose this is way below any Asian restaurant in say, China Town. I mean why the Panda as a logo? The entrées are overly greasy and soggy. The rice tastes like is is full of MSG(I don’t know if this is true or not) and the servers here could have a lecture or two in good appearance and hygiene. The sad thing is also that these people working in these type of chains are usually overweight. What does that imply? That if I eat enough of this food I will end up having love handles? 2 stars for being food but negative 3 for being of such mediocre quality.

I swear it’s in their policy to be as slow as possible. I’ve here 3 times and all 3 times there is a minimum 10 min wait. Different employees different days same slow ass service. The third times the charm? Nope. I was like«not worth a 10 minute wait for Panda Express. «left the line as soon a as I got there.

I am never eating here again. Horrible service. they close at 1030 and I got there at 930 and they had little food and the little food they did have was cold, Over cooked and hard. their rice and chow main were extremely oily. they had no sauces. I asked for teriyaki chicken they only gave me chicken. so I asked for the sauce until then they told me they didn’t have any. I then asked for soy sauce and again I was told there wasn’t any. how do you run out of packages of sauce. another thing it was 10 and they had already closed everything up took all the food out picked up all the mats and we’re closing the doors when I was leaving.

The brown rice was DISGUSTING and tasted like dog food… I spit it out immediately. If I was still at panda I would have asked for a refund but I took it to go. The broccoli beef and string bean chicken were gross as well :/not coming back again

Came here ’cause I had to and not ’cause I wanted to and seriously: why do people come here? Why is a small scoop of too-sweet mediocre eggplant and tofu, a small scoop of oily half-cooked vegetables, and a ton of overdone white rice $ 9 with a drink? Why do places like this survive in a city with awesome, cheap Asian food for under $ 10 all over the place? Arrrrrrrgh.

This has got to be the wrost Panda Express I’ve ever been to. As other reviewers have been saying the girls behind the counter speak spanish and it makes it really hard to place your order. I got my usual order of fried rice, orange chicken, and manadarin chicken. As soon as I finished my lunch, my stomach started to get upset and I suffered from the worst food posioning case I ever had. If you really want to eat panda your better off driving to the one right across from eastridge

Likes: The food is good, and well stocked. Ive never had to wait for food like I have at other pandas. The honey walnut shrimp is a must try, and of course, the orange chicken is always on point. Gripes: the long lines, and curt staff. They seem annoyed and rushed allll the time and I always know exactly what I want before I get to the front of the line.

First Impression: I found this place maybe a couple years ago when the complex got built and started adding new food places. They use to be real generous with how much they gave but now seems like their cutting back. I understand that were going through recession right not but why would you lead your customers on hooking them up then just taking it back?! I do have to kudos on the location because it’s kind of in the center to everything. No offense, but there’s a lot of Mexicans who eat here! But like what people say«Story is Mexico and McLaughlin is China Town». Their servers seem dingdong, sometimes not understand what you want on your plate even though your pointing right at it?! All in all this place taste the same as PF Changs(Chinese Bistro) but cheaper and fast food! They have a rice bowl that’s pretty nice if you can’t finish a whole 2 or 3 entrée. Orange Chicken is a MUST try! Last Impression: I love the fact every couple of months they promote a new dish! As of right now they have«Garlic Chicken Breast» and«Pecan Shrimp»… I can’t wait for what’s coming next! One complaint is the venue needs to be more kept clean and more room to dine, cause when I eat, I love my arms spread out! One important detail is to ask for a damn spoon because no ask no get! They have utensils onto the side but no spoon?! Are they trying to save it for something?! Check out my photos I posted! Photo Update: Since I’m the first one to actually post a «food» photo, that picture with wet pants needs to change, because it’s not very appealing for those who want to try this place out…

There’s this chick that works here she’s a tall, light skinned Mexican doesn’t like Mexicans speaking English to her, she was obviously annoyed when I didn’t speak Spanish to her, I do speak Spanish, I’m just used to speaking English. She understands everything and speaks it well enough so, what’s the problem? The same Mexican chick hella tries to jew me out of food. Serving me very little proportions, I’m used to the small proportions at Panda by the way. And the genius forgets to give me my eggroll. EFFIN racist chick now that i think about it.

It may just be my imagination but I swear our experience would’ve been better if only my babe and I had talked to the girl who served us in Spanish. We speak it but we both sound terrible and well, instead of butchering it we try not to speak it in public. So when she greeted us in Spanish we spoke back in English, she gave us a dirty ass look and continued to address us in Spanish. So the serving process was completely awkward, and it was hard not to notice the tension between us and her. We left and we get home and I take the bag off my lap only to find a HUGE oil stain on my favorite pair of jeans:(that just took me from a little irritated to pissed the F off. After tasting the food I really was able to just give up on this location, disgusting.

Some franchises just don’t follow the rules well… with that said this Panda Express’ Orange Chicken has always been a miss for me! It makes me sad to look forward to the usually hot, crispy, spicy tasty orange morsels of chicken that I’m used to getting from the Panda Express on Tully and Capitol Expwy and then to be «forced» to come to this location because it is the only one I can get to an back from within the one hour lunch limit and the orange morsels are small hard, not so spicy, warm pieces of blah I get here! I have only come to this location 3 times… and that was two times too many– because when I came yesterday I got the new selection of some type of beef(Shanghai beef?) and it was really good… like it’s supposed to be! Anyways, one star for location, ease of parking and ordering and customer service, one star because I love that they use fresh vegetables and always have the main menu items ready to go and the third star because the location is clean and I never got sick or had any complaints other than the ORANGECHICKEN let down… I will update when I go back again.
