Got her at 10pm, 1 hour before closing. They are out of almost all the food and say they are only cooking what is ordered. So no matter what you want it is a 10+ minute wait depending on how many people are already waiting ahead of you. Ridiculous. Worst visit to Panda ever. Employees are always nice here but this is horrible service.

It was raining around noon today, so we were in the mood for take-out. We ordered the 2 entrée combo, with half chow mein/half fried rice. The wait at the time was fairly long, so I got a seat for us, even before getting in line. Since it was a Sunday lunch, there were lots of kids off for spring break, in the area. We ordered the orange chicken, string beans and chicken, portions good for two very hungry people and some leftover. Will be back, just because it’s Panda Express. Americanized Chinese food at its finest.

The best Panda Express ever! I have gone to so many Panda express stores but this one is just so different. Very fresh food and very friendly servers. I don’t usually write reviews, but i have to write one for this Panda store!

LOL writing a review on panda? Well avoid this panda. It tasted horrible and the rice was undercooked. The cooking here sucks. If only you thought fast food can get worse. I like the Brokaw one better.

Plain and simple, this place sucks. It took exactly 18 minutes to begin ordering when there were ONLY5 people ahead of me. In addition, the staff did not seem very happy to be there. I can deal with unpleasant staff but almost 20 minutes of wait with hardly any people in front??? NOT acceptable. In addition, their portion consistency is very poor. The female employee was serving a decent portion but of course she leaves and unlucky me gets a stingy employee who skimps me on my food and gives me very little food and chow mein! Also, since they are SOOOOSLOOOWWW here, when I left there were 16 people in a line that started forming around tables. The staff needs some serious retraining because not being able to work well under pressure and going nuts behind the counter is not a good look for the company.

I love Panda but this was an experience to remember! The staff was rude, the place was dirty, portion size small and there was very old rice. There was a line of course and no steamed rice only brown or fried, the chowmein was burnt so the manager threw it out and had to remake another batch. And now a new recipe for the fried rice has CORN and lima beans, it’s completely changed!(And maybe not for the better) I’ve given this location a fair chance now returning 5 times, but this will definitely be my last, in the end they forgot to put the egg rolls in the bag. I called the manager to let him know about the experience, he said to come in and he would take care of it. Sadly that was my last visit to that location.

I usually never post any reviews on business like this because they’re just a quick in and out type of place so I don’t really care about great customer service. BUT tonight was out of line! I live less 3 minutes away from this panda so this is my go to panda. My boyfriend and I decided to grab panda for a late dinner barely 10pm an hour until closing and let me tell you the girl was ready to get out of the place. Her name was«Irasely» I believe that’s how you spell it. When we first entered Maralyn? greeted us and asked us what would we like, I went first and ordered Maralyn then went ahead and passed us over to Irasely and she asked my boyfriend what side does he want. So he thought she meant side as in beef broccoli, mushroom chicken, orange chicken so he told her he wanted honey walnut shrimp and mushroom chicken. Irasely rudely repeated the same question«YOURSIDE?» So I figured she meant side as in chow mien, fried rice, or white rice. I mean we always just tell them what we want so it didn’t really come to mind what she meant by «what side» we wanted. she then went ahead to throw on the honey walnut shrimp and orange chicken I then told her«sorry it was mushroom chicken not orange chicken» and oh my this girl was not having it tonight she rolled her eyes and picked up the spoon and scraped off the orange chicken like a little brat! Thank god Maralyn stepped in and took over to fix my boyfriends plate. At that point I was furious and slipped«can you be a bitch anymore» I wasn’t sure if she heard me, but really is this how you let your employees treat your customers Panda? So my boyfriend moved forward to pay while I was so angry I decided to step back in the line to read Irasely’s name tag. So If you’re reading this I hope you fix your nasty work attitude girl. I understand you may be tired and ready to leave work but there’s no excuse for you to act that way towards any customer, you made it seem like an inconvenience for you to fix a small change. If you can’t please find another job where you’re not helping customers. The two stars are for Maralyn, I come often so I recognize her most of the time I stop by she’s always happy and welcoming! Hire more people like her please.

Arrived at about 12:30. I ordered the chow mien, broccoli beef, and string bean chicken. The chow mien was pasty with a lot of filler vegetables, very poorly done, overcooked, no flavor. The broccoli beef had some broccoli that appeared to be badly discolored(yellow). The beef has a funny texture, way too soft. The worst dish was the string bean chicken. You could tell that it was old. Most of the string beans were a dark grayish green. I threw those away. They were mushy and limp. I think they just mix in yesterdays leftovers to save a few bucks. I honestly do not know why people go here. It is overpriced and the food is horrible. Never again.

Since today was a hot day we decided to go to Panda Express for dinner. A customer sat at the table in front of us opened her bottle of coke. It spilled out all over the floor. She didn’t bring it to anyone’s attention to have it mopped up. She sat and ate her meal. After she finished she told an employee who was cleaning off the tables. It was not busy and I thought the employee would come back out to clean up the spill, but she didn’t she went to help out with the customers instead. I can see why there is such a turnover of employees here.

My favorite of all the Panda Express in the area. Sure you won’t get the same portions every time. Sure you feel they can add more rice or chow mein to your selection. It’s fast food served buffet style by a server. You will get acceptable portions and may have leftovers. I enjoy this Panda as the food here seems spicier than most and I enjoy that extra touch of flavor to the food. It’s clean here and extremely busy all the time.

It’s alright… A little small on the portion and high on the price(compare to the Panda I usually eat at school). Employees here seem to be very tired all the time. They also mumble so much I can’t really hear what they are saying to me. Overall, enough to satisfy my craving for fried rice.

English please. Rude lady behind the counter was speaking in her language with another lady, I have no idea what they were saying, but I felt like they were making fun of me. Pinches viejas, never coming back to this location. I only gave it three stars because the girl at the cash register saw my plate and personally went to go cut more teriyaki chicken for me because seriously, who serves only like 3 – 4 pieces of SMALLCUT teriyaki chicken?!

Food tasted fresh and they give generous portions. The broccoli was crisp and the chicken was moist. Chow mein can get a bit oily, but it was still good. Friendly service, clean place.

Next to Burger King on the Capitol side of the street across from the Target plaza. NEW interior more modern than the other Panda’s. They asked if I wanted to sample anything. Their honeysuckle chicken is back for a limited time, but I still like the orange chicken better. To Go containers are the cardboard type with the clear plastic tops. They seem smaller than the Styrofoam containers. They let me use the survey code for a free entrée with no problem. The cashier didn’t even look at the code so I don’t even think they need to type it in to redeem it. All trays were pretty full so that was a plus. Some locations trays will be nearly empty. Teriyaki chicken was already cut inside the tray, which I liked so I didn’t have to stand there waiting and watching as they cut it. I took a star off for the containers, even though they might be more environmental, but I know people won’t like the smaller portions. Kind of a sketch part of Capitol because it gets close to McKee, but it’s not their fault. I’m sure people are happy to have this new Panda Express location in their neighborhood.

i dont really like to review chained places because obviously. they all taste the same right? thats where ive been proven wrong. for some reason. i feel like this place uses more oil than the place across from eastridge. the tables and seats are oily and disgusting. the girls can barely speak proper english and/or cant speak louder than a whisper.

Definitely size matter. They change size plate portions are a lot smaller and the costumer not happy. Going green do not mean less food at the same price. Boycott to Panda do not come back until the fix the problem.

Have you been to Panda Express lately? They have new to go containers that are one half the portions as before — and for the same price! Wow, I was shocked and disappointed that their greed is taking advantage of customers. I will not be going back.

I absolutely LOVE Panda Express and I was excited to try this new location for the first time. Parking was a breeze since we came during a slow time, but I can imagine it would be annoyingly hectic during peak lunch hours. Panda Express is located right next to a tmobile and a chipotle so I’m sure they get tons of traffic coming in and out. Décor and interior was nice, simple, and clean. I wouldn’t expect anything less since this place hasn’t been opened for too long. You have your choice of sitting indoors or outside. Food area looked clean and the food tasted pretty good. This location gets two stars because the servings are so SKIMP! I don’t think I’ve been to another location that was THISBAD! Service seemed super slow… Even with only a few people in line. A few of the food trays were pretty bare And needed reloading. And some of the tables needed a quick wipe down, nothing super messy, but still needed some attention. I’ll definitely continue being a panda fanatic, but who knows if I’ll come back to this location.

First Review! This Panda Express just opened today(Dec 20, 2013).It’s your typical Panda Express, just newer. The interior design looks a bit nicer than the older ones. Definitely have some nice finishing touches. Food-wise, it’s typical Panda Express. The food display looks a lot nicer than normal trays of food. The trays look like tiny woks. Employees were nice but still in training(some of them). So far, the place is sparking clean. No complaints so far. Yay for another store to replace the old Blockbuster store!
