Panda Express

I would travel to this one from pearl and capitol, even though the closer one is down Branham. The service is always great and portion size is on point. I always get the fried rice with orange chicken and black pepper chicken! Zummms!

I just finished my workout and was craving for chicken. I decided to stop at Panda Express. I was 10 minutes early so I waited til they open.
When I entered, I noticed most of the food were not ready. That was definitely a bad sign and thankfully all my order were ready. The lady did not give me a good greeting and other locations had much better service. I ordered the 2 entrée with fried rice, teriyaki chicken, and broccoli beef.
What sucks was that the teriyaki sauce was not ready yet! The lady told me it would take about 5 minutes, so I was okay with that. 10 minutes later my sauce was still not ready. So to kill time, I even went to the bathroom. When I was done, my sauce was still not ready! After 15 minutes, I finally received my sauce. I was upset and not happy with the service here. Also when I left, some of the food were still not ready.
I learn my lesson to not come here when they open. It was a total waste of time.

This place is horrible do not expect the employees here to let you in 30 minutes before closing. there is still food on the counter and they won’t open up to let anyone in. I even waited to look for another panda and notice a big pony tail employee packing all the left over food to bring out to her boyfriend as she got picked up from work. This is ridiculous. She even told another customer that was trying to get in before the closing time that «el pollo loco is open» LOL

5 stars for service. Thank you Taylor for your lovely welcome I don’t think I’ve ever gotten that at any panda I’ve been to. She greeted every person the same that was in front and behind of me in line. Hard worker and good fun attitude. She let me sample some Beijing beef because I had never tried it before, which made me get it for my meal. She needs a raise lol thanks Taylor!

My debit card got stolen right after I used it here.
I only use my debit card at Costco and this Panda Express. Please check your cashier management!

It’s clearly a panda-​emic that every day during the lunch rush a cooks takes a break. This one is no different.
What made it bearable is the Asian gentleman with the gauge holes in his ears. This guy needs a raise, seemingly the only cheerful cashier that PE has ever hired, cashiering, helping put out food, all around great employee

It’s Panda Express, 3 stars is what it gets. The food tastes the same as their other locations.
Price is decent and food is decent, will definitely keep you full. Customer service is not bad. I’ve been here twice and never had a bad experience… Yet.
The store is also pretty clean.

Came right around 12 for lunch. Food was already «old» and looks like it had been sitting for hours. Literally got 3 pieces of beef in my broccoli beef. Not worth the money at all.

I work near here and used to come here quite a bit, but have been avoiding it for quite some time due to the service, and quality of food. I get it, it’s Americanized Chinese food and people dig that. To me, it’s either too salty or not enough flavor at all. The lines are ridiculous here, though.

Worst experience at any panda ever. Terrible costumer service. Everyone just go to the new location on cottle. Better food

A friend and I were shopping at The Plant and we decided we were hungry for some Panda Express. Upon walking in, the line was crazy long, but we decided to tough it out.
It actually went by really fast all the employees were speedy and efficient.
especially Brandon A. at the cash register. He was so friendly and did his job with a smile, which made us smile. Thanks Brandon, you’re awesome! (:

Sherman cook in the back ONLY nice person here. Everyone else hates their lives here. Especially the person working reg she could careless if you asking for your food for her she’ll still throw it in a bag with NO FORK God help her and this location!

You got to try Orange chicen and the mushroom chicken these are my go to dishes for here. Awesome for fast food style.
The chow mein is typical fast food on greasy rubebry side.
Be prepared for a line.

Today their special is cold food. Enjoy. Also a handsome serving of attitude from the gal at the register

Last several visits, clear that service at this location has deteriorated. Food still typical panda but be prepared for long lines and slow servers.

This place deserves less than one f****** star!!! I just got pot stickers and they were f****** burnt and black!!! I was so f****** pissed!!! those f****** are lazy and didn’t even cook it right never going there again !!!

If I can give this 0 stars I would. Everyone loves orange chicken including myself. However. I tried to bite into one of the pieces and almost hurt myself. There was bone in there. Check the pictures. I’m disappointed.

3) Great tasting brown rice, steamed vegetables, orange chicken, and teryaki chicken.
4) fast service.
5) available parking.
6) very clean facility
7) restroom for both genders
Cons:
1) pricey for being a fast food restaurant. $$
Conclusion:
* If you want some quick good quality food come to this place! Very soothing and relaxing music while you enjoy your food.
Tip:
* Try samples. They are FREE.
* Ask for a water cup. They are also FREE.

I had a late night craving for hot and sour soup so I went to my local Panda Express at 9pm and they were out! I was so disappointed… because they could of cooked me an order of soup!

Bad customer service. Rude workers. Talking about me thinking I couldn’t understand them.
