I called Ilene just two days prior to our vacation. My husband and I met her the night before departing and I was instantly reassured. Ilene was wonderful and sent text updates and pics each time she visited the kitties– twice per day. So bummed she is «retiring» while finishing college.

We’ve been using Pampered Every Time (P.E.T.) since the business first started up about a year ago for our 11 yo. Lab Retriever, Cody. Ilene has been nothing but short of spectacular.
She is very friendly and answered all our questions during our 1st meet & greet consultation. She is extremely responsible and VERY responsive to our last minute requests. Cody absolutely loves her and gets very excited for his walks and feedings when Ilene arrives.
The first time we used P.E.T., Ilene was always in contact while we were away via email and cell… reducing our anxiety and putting us completely at ease. We knew we made the right decision by trying her services. We’ve used her 2 – 3 times since. She also helped us during a busy holiday weekend. which helped us out of a jam… most other pet sitters gave us lame excuses and were «not available» or «completely full».
She also offered us services to do anything else we needed done around the house while we were away, for example, picking up the newspaper, mail, etc.
We don’t just give her 5 STARS, she absolutely earned them… and we recommend her to anyone with Pets!
