I just wanted to say thank you to Pallares Office Furniture and its staff. Raul was friendly, and extremely helpful. I needed cubicles installed, and I was calling around. I kept being asked to measure. A little frustrating. When I spoke with Raul at Pallares Office Furniture, instead of asking me to measure for him and call him back to give him the numbers, he instead made an appointment with me, came out, took a look around, did the measurements for us and gave us a quote the very next day. And on top of that, his quote was a lot more reasonable than the other ones I was receiving. The turnaround time was great. The prices were great. The customer service… great! And the cubicles and workstations? They came out perfect. Staff was happy. We’ll be back.

Awesome to work with Raul and team at Pallares. They are professional, very responsive, and the quality of their product is great. We are happy with the work spaces and with how helpful Raul was accommodating our schedule and our changing needs. The prices are reasonable as well.

The original chair we got have some damage and scratches. He is willing to let us exchange or refund. I was worrying that I can’t get any good result since I know this company from craigslist and I paid by cash. However, the owner replied during weekday very fast that I got the aeron chair that I am happy to pay that amount of money.
