Absolutely LOVE this location. If I ever have to go to O’reilly’s, I choose this location over every ones. The manager MARK, is the best guy you could ever ask for. He’s SUPER kind and believes strongly in customer service, he does whatever he can to help with the best attitude. He offered to help us find our windshield wipers, not only did he find them for us, he offered to put them on!
There was also another time where our car broke down due to the accelerator, and we were there outside waiting 15 minutes early, and he took the initiative to open up his store early just to help us out. We are so very greatful that people like this still exist. Thank you MARK, you are awesome and you are a great example of how everyone else should be.

So I don’t need to go to the auto parts store for much but whenever I do need to go, I always go to O’Reillys. I’ve been to several release in my lifetime and this one is definitely one of the better ones.
After working in they let me find what I needed, they didn’t judge me being a young woman, and assumed that they didn’t know what I needed. That’s one of the things that really bugs me most when I go into a «man store.»
After finding what I needed the gentleman that helped me out was very friendly and nice, and I’m sure that if I needed help he would’ve been able to help me out very much. I asked him some questions about how long he had been there, and he’s been there for very long time, and is very experienced.
The store itself is very clean and organized, and decently priced. I’m sure they could find you what you need, and if not tell you where to get it, or order it for you.

I experience horrible service, i been going there for years. But today just did it!
MAKE SURE YOU CHECK PARTS YOU GET!!!
Gave me wrong oil filter, after i stated several times model type. I failed to check and that’s my bad for having trust into their manager. Perhaps they just need to hire people that actually care for their job.
