WORSE O’REILLY EVER. Or well. compared to the one on Tully.
Waited maybe 30+ mins in line.
So many people in there.
Just two employees (cashiers).
Attttchitude.
Very little parking out front.
In a not-​so-​safe area.

Had a great experience. My car’s battery died after I ate a healthy meal at jack in the box. I noticed O Reilly parts was right next door and asked for help. Tall hispanic guy helped me determined if it was the battery before I bought one. Also let me borrow a jump start pack to drive my car to closer to the store to swap batteries. Vu was nice enough to help me swap the battery since I didn’t have the right tools at the moment. Left home with a smile and a full stomach.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff helped me to troubleshoot my ingition issues without much a wait. Thanks a bunch Vu!

Poor castomer service i never experienced i call to toke too the Manger holed me for 15 mint seye he is out for lunch even i want in person same thing just to chung my computer for my old acura not recommended

I had brought my battery in to be charged and was not handed anything by the employee as recognition that I had left my batter there. I went the next day to pick it up to only be rudely rejected and told that if I didn’t have a tag there was nothing he could do for me. I’ve been trying to contact the manager to get back my battery which was 130 bucks with a 5 year warranty back, but after weeks of attempting to get something back, all I was offered was to buy another battery.
Stay away from this oreillys, I’ve shopped at other oreillys stores and they seem to acknowledge what real customer service is but this location’s employees seem to lack the understanding of following protocol and it might just find yourself having to pay more out of pocket because of their errors.

I give them 5 stars for their customer service. I called in about my headlights because I didn’t know the problem, let alone what I should do. I know nothing about cars :3. I was on the phone with Juan, who listened to me and very patiently explained the different problems, how to figure out which one it was, my different options, etc… I really wish everyone else were as competent and patient, especially with a phone customer. Bought a 3 cans here of duplicolor spray paint. Went back to return them because I realized they were primer. Never touched them or even took of the caps off. The guy who helped me was chill but when he needed a clearance code from the manager she came over and said I couldn’t return it. Super rude fat dirty blonde woman. No eye contact or knowledge of customer service. Took no responsibility and had a horrible attitude. Must have had some sand up her snatch. Ether way won’t be coming back because of her.

Good customer service… I walked in waa greeted right away. Ask the sales associate what I needed, they went to get the part asap, they rang me up, was out the door in 5 minutes, I guess I came in perfect timing, come around 3pm. Not too many customers.

This place stinks of B.O. right when you walk in the door. And in the strip mall the people there don’t know how to park their cars. The old security guard is sitting around talk to people, while your car is getting broken into.
