Established in 2004.

Next Step was founded in 2004 by Shirin Oreizy. Since 2004 we’ve helped over 300 clients crystalize their messaging and expand their customer base. Prior to starting Next Step, Shirin was a design engineer at Nvidia Corp and 3dfx Interactive.

Since I started Next Step in 2004, we’ve helped over 300 clients crystalize their messaging and expand their customer base. People are sometimes surprised how much time I spend getting to know their company’s vision and passion before we even present a proposal, but the truth is that’s where the magic happens. Every great company is inspired by a big idea; once I know yours, then everything else falls into place.

Along the way, I’ve gained insight into a growing number of verticals. I credit this ability to «get» new cultures to a childhood spent straddling several very different worlds– I attended schools both in the US and in Iran, graduated with an engineering degree from UC Berkeley then founded a successful design agency.

Running Next Step feels charged with meaning; not only is each day an adventure but each project also aims to make the world a better place.
