Nathan Notary

My father and I have used Nathan’s services on multiple occasions and he has always done a wonderful job. It is very easy to set-​up an appointment with him and he has actually come to our office to take care of everything.
In addition to his notary services, Nathan is a fantastic human being and helps the local community in more ways than I can describe. It’s rare these days to find someone who is as invested in the community as Nathan is.

We used Nathan’s services to notarize a few documents recently. I sent him an email to book an appointment and he responded immediately with his availability. We met him at his house for the appointment. The process went fast, smooth and he answered all our questions. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Prices are negotiable. I highly recommend him and will definitely use his services again in the future.

I sent a request via his web-​form and got a call back from Nathan within an hour. We set an appointment for later that same day; his home office is conveniently located. Nathan is very pleasant and he takes a lot of pride in his work. He is also extremely knowledgeable about the notarization process, and in his thoroughness he pointed out various important considerations of a properly notarized document. I don’t need a notary often, but when I do, I will skip the local private mailbox place and take my work to Nathan, a consummate professional.

I was the trustee for my dad’s estate after he died and there a million forms to deal with, some of which needed to be notarized. I actually just did a Google search for «notary San Jose» and Nathan’s name popped up. His reviews looked pretty good so I decided to try him out, and I’m glad I did.
Nathan has a web form on his site that you fill out with basic information about what you need notarized and the day/​time you prefer. He emails back almost immediately and sets up the best time. Keep in mind that he only works 6 – 9 on weekdays (and weekends by request), but since most people work, that actually works out pretty well. He can come to your house for a small charge or you can go out to his home in Evergreen. He only charges $ 5 per signature, which is really reasonable.
One thing I liked is that he always knew exactly what the documents were that I brought him – often helping to explain to me what we were signing. He’s very thorough and makes sure that the dates and names are totally correct (for example, he made sure I signed with my middle initial, since that’s what the document asked for, even though I rarely sign with my middle initial. It’s the type of detail that can hang up a document’s approval). He’s quick and professional and I’d definitely go back if I ever needed him.

I needed a notary to sign off on a birth certificate request. I called a few and left messages and emailed, luckily for me Nathan responded within a few minutes of my email that I had sent him with questions about fees and availability. I was able to meet up with him within a couple of hours and the price was more than reasonable. I am so happy he was able to accommodate me in such short notice. He was professional, courteous and reliable, I am more than pleased with service.

Nathan notarized some family trust documents for us and did a great job. He is friendly, knowledgable, and meticulous (which is a good thing for a notary in my opinion!). He was able to visit on a weekend in the morning, which worked better for our schedule. Highly recommend!

Definitely a good notary. However I take away one star since his price is not consistent as mentioned on website. It \ varies by customer not by document type.
Example mobile charge of $ 10+, not mentioned on website nor charged to all customers. It seems not fair but would be nice if things are predictable and consistent.

Not sure if he is still in business? I submitted a form online, waited a few days and left a voicemail, waited a few more days and sent an e-​mail. NO REPLY. Sorry, but I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Notary — professionally done. Was able to get hold of Nathan on a sunday morning and everything else went like a breeze.
I was in a rush to get the documents across to east coast and nathan was not only able to provide me the notary. quickly glanced thru the documents to see if everything is alright. Price is the best, in the whole bay area.

Nathan was punctual and very quick with the paper work. We met at a nice location near my neighborhood and it took less than 10 min to wrap up the entire paper work. Outside of him trying to up the Anti on us. I’d recommend him to anyone who is looking for a cheap and quick way to get a notarized document.

I contacted him after 6:00PM. He was quick in responding to my emails. I wanted to get the documents Notarized the same day because I was leaving early morning the next day. I had no option but to drive to his office at his residence because I gave him short notice. So it was not really MOBILE for me.
Nathan’s work was thorough though. $ 5 per document is NOT bad. I would have given ⁵⁄₅ if I didn’t have to drive 10+ miles to get couple of documents notarized.
This is the guy for me for all my future Notary stuff.

I’ve contacted several notary places before I found Nathan Notary through Google search engine.
To my finding, he charges the cheapest and yet, responds to my emails very quickly. We met up on the same day at a Starbucks. He notarized four of my signatures and was very through with the documents. All for $ 20. =) And some places charge $ 20 for ONE signature.
I would use him again. Very professional and friendly.

My dad and I found out we have some unclaimed property and we needed to get our signatures notarized in order to submit the paperwork. We have pretty mis-​matched schedules, so we turned to Unilocal to find someone who would be available on a Sunday.
Our search led us to «Nathan Notary,» and while the idea of meeting a stranger at Starbucks to get our papers notarized sketched me out a little bit, Nathan was nothing but courteous and professional. He was dressed in an official shirt so we knew it was him, and handled business efficiently and professionally. He charged $ 5 per signature, so the grand total was $ 10. Now if only our unclaimed property is worth more than that, then we’ll come out on top ;)
I would definitely use Nathan’s services again. Highly recommend.

Most ppl. would go to Kinkos and co to get their papers notarized and pay lots of money without knowing it and pay for crappy, unfriendly, unprofessional service.
If you are looking for someone who knows what he is doing and provide you with the best customer service you are looking for. This is the place!
We needed to sign some legal papers from Korea and we had to have them notarized. All the other places we called they asked horrendous money and they weren’t able to answer our questions.
When we called here. Nathan gave us a quote all the information we needed. We also had to sign something on behalf of our 1 year old child and taking a young child to those places might be tricky and as forgetful parents you might leave stuff at home! How inconvenient… BUT Nathan came to our house and we were able to sign all the paper at OUR CONVENIENCE !! AND it was cheaper than any other places. Other places we called charged us 10 – 25 $ per paper. He asked us for 5 $. It doesn’t get any better.
