Five star for Nathan Galloway for being the best at what he did on my new condo. He is one of the nice people you will ever meet. He is always available. Everything from submitting an offer with a reasonable price to close of the escrow went smoothly and without any problem. I would highly recommend Nathan to everyone.

After deciding to list our Almaden home we started interviewing
realtors who we had known from our previous purchases and sales. We
interviewed a lot of the well known names in the area and really felt
they were lacking what we were looking for in a real estate agent.
We sat with Nathan for about an hour and found he had just what we
needed. Energy, enthusiasm and desire to sell our home and get what we
wanted for it. We really got the feeling he would work hard to sell
our home and wouldn’t just wait to collect a commission check. He
helped us prep the house honoring our wishes and demands to have the
home ready for the market. He communicated well with us and did
everything he could to make sure we were ready on time and the house
showed well.
Needless to say the house sold in three days and we got way over
asking price. Nathan got our house out there and what impressed us
most is he didn’t just put our home on the MLS and wait for a buyer to
fall in his lap (like some realtors) he marketed it well and priced it
perfectly!
Through the transaction he kept us informed and on top of things to
make sure we had no worries and went above and beyond his realtor
duties. I have recommended him and will still recommend him to anyone
selling or buying a home.
