So badly service. I never go here. Servicr was the worst. I’m so disappointed it:(((((

Sadly I always hope this place gets better when I go, but every time I get dissapointed. I will finally never go back. I bought some flowers for my mother and a friend here for Valentines Day and literally, they are twice as expensive as every other place and the flowers aren’t even that nice! You can get better flowers at the grocery store for a decent price. I spent $ 70 for 2 small cheaply made (and in my opinion ugly) flower arrangements. I was in a hurry so I still got them, but I will not be returning. Just because you are a small shop, does not mean you can charge outrageous prices. Especially when the quality isn’t up there! Trust me, spend your money elsewhere.

Beautiful flowers and bouquets, but what kind of legit business doesn’t accept credit cards?

I enjoy supporting independent businesses. So this is always my first choice for flower arrangements. The prices are reasonable and beautiful. However as a F/​T working Mom, it is essential to maintain a schedule. Thus improving their telephone service would eliminate my making repeat calls to them to simply place an order. Answer the phones or invest in an answering machine or create a website where orders can be submitted on line.

A year ago I had come here and for about $ 30, the owner (Maria) had made a beautiful bouquet tied with a long ribbon for me to give a friend, and she had been smiling and cheerfully answered my questions.
So when I wanted to get a bouquet today for a friend’s birthday, I expected to get similar service. What a mistake! The same owner was on the phone when my elderly mother and I came in, and immediately barked in an irritated tone at us, «What do you want?» I asked for advice whether to get a basket or a vase and she raised her voice at me and rudely scolded me. Eventually I asked her to make a bouquet for $ 50 but it was so ugly and wrapped with a short, awkward looking ribbon that I asked her whether she could at least wrap it with a longer ribbon. She refused, saying our order wasn’t «special» enough.
In short, I had asked whether I could pick flowers from her cooler and have her make a nicer bouquet, and she refused, handing me only a pre-​made bouquet from the display case with a ugly ribbon, which cost me about $ 60.
I have NEVER been treated so rudely as a customer, and I will NEVER return to this florist. I wish I could give ZERO stars in this review.

I wanted to like this place. mom and pop shop, convenient location. However, they really disappointed me.
–I was given a price over the phone but when I was rang up, I was overcharged. I didn’t want to create a scene over a few bucks since there was another customer there and I was in a hurry.
–Roses looked fairly bloomed already. I asked the person about them and she said they would last a while. Well they only lasted about 4 days before they started getting droopy and shedding petals. Really? For the money I spent, I expect an arrangement to last at least a week, maybe close to two.
–Not sure I get the comments about the nice service. The person that rang me up was surly and didn’t even say thank you.
–Only thing that keeps this review from being 1 star is my wife thought the arrangement was beautiful. So it was good while it lasted.

This business changed hands about a year ago and the new owner is a delight. She is very committed to treating her customers well and has a fine eye for colors and arrangements. The flowers are always fresh and last a long time.

LOVE this place! My boyfriend gets me flowers at least once a month and they always come from this shop. The arrangements always last WAY longer than any shop and the flowers are always high quality. With great prices and helpful management, this is our go-​to flower shop. I will NEVER buy arrangements anywhere else but here!

WTF TERRIBLE!
So my sisters and her friends came here to get their corsages for their Senior Prom.
NOW anybody at the age ¹⁷⁄₁₈ knows that the most important thing in their life at the moment, (other than graduating high school) is PROM and the thing that MOST GIRLS stress about is looking fantastic, and that includes their wrist being covered in the most beautiful arrangement of flowers.
My sister and her friends came here a month before their prom to order their corsages and boutonnieres and they had high hopes because apparently she does a really good job and doesn’t disappoint.
On the day of prom, which also happened to be the day before Mother’s day, they walked in at the appointed pick-​up time (which was noon) and asked for their order.
1. Their order was not finished. They scrambled around looking for my sister’s corsage and boutonnière and they couldn’t find it, only to realize they didn’t even start on it. SO we waited for them to finish it.
2. They ran out of carnations and replaced the carnations with a much more smaller bon bons (oh and I know what bon bons look like and those flowers just looked like oversized dandelion weeds)
3. The boutonnière was larger than the corsage. I KID YOU NOT. Two orders, one red set and one yellow set. Both used roses, both boutonnieres from each set were larger than the corsage. They used these GIGANTIC roses for the boutonnière. And it was just one gigantic rose for one boutonnière. My sister’s corsage was 3 dinky little roses.
4. My sister brought out the book that she ordered from, and the order number matched with what she ordered, but the picture and the actual corsage did not look the same. The corsage would have started from her wrist to midway up her forearm, but the actual corsage was just an oversized bracelet on her wrist.
5. When I asked the lady for a discount because she did not deliver the product as promised, she said «I never promised anything. You don’t want it, then you can leave» WHAT THE HELL? What kind of service is that? She KNOWS that my sister and her friends have nowhere to go. No flower shop would be able to whip up a corsage on a Mother’s day weekend especially on the same day!
I couldn’t believe HOW b-​tchy that lady was. My sister and her friends were the passive Asian types that just stood there speechless and sad, and I tried to argue with the lady saying that she should at least give us a discount on the set since she didn’t make it as promised, and she just started yelling at me saying, «You don’t have to buy it. I know PLENTY of people who will buy it. Stop wasting my time»
With no choice, I paid the full damn price for the sh-​tty corsage and boutonnière and walked out fuming, letting the lady know exactly what was on my mind. I told her I was going to write a crappy Unilocal review and that I would make it my mission to let people know to never go to her place again. I DON’T CARE if you ran out of flowers because it’s Mother’s Day weekend, YOU SHOULD HAVE SAVED SOME OF THOSE ROSES FOR YOUR OTHER CUSTOMERS TOO. Just because they are 17 years old, does not mean they are any less important than your other customers. MOTHER’S DAY COMES ONCE EVERY YEAR. My sister gets one senior prom in her life. And she didn’t even get the corsage she wanted.

Good prices, GREAT service! I was with my 3 yo child, in a rush and flustered, on my way to Sacramento on a really hot day. The owner helped me out, suggesting a card (that I would have forgotten!). I asked her how they would hold up on the hot drive in the car. She offered me a vase and box. I thought she was trying to up-​sale me. I had a vase in the car, and went to get it to hold some water. She was so helpful, finding me a container for water to take to the car, so I didn’t have to round up my daughter, and take more time. Just fabulous, truly helping the customer. I will definitely be back!

Nice little hit (literally) of some great arrangements. Perfect for stopping by and grabbing something for the misses. Usually its a pretty fast trip in and out, flower last a long time, and they have an eye for good looking flowers.
I would like to see a bit more in the roses section, maybe I’m there during the off times, but its still a great price for flowers and just about the only stop in around the Cambrian Park area.
