Meet the Business Owner

Monica W.

Business Owner

Monica was born in Saigon, Vietnam renamed Ho Chi Minh City after the Vietnam War. At the age of 3 her family relocated to Hamburg, Germany where Monica thrived.

In 1986 she travelled to America and following a short jaunt in D.C. she found herself in San Jose, CA. Soon after she attended Santa Clara Beauty College and promptly opened her place of business, originally in downtown San Jose.

After 14 years of thriving business in that location, she moved her salon to her current space in San Jose’s Cambrian Park Plaza where she has successfully been operating for over 10 years.

Monica enjoys the outdoors and a light game of golf or tennis in her free time. If she could, she would be spending her days on California’s sunny beaches.
