I feel bad for the employees in the morning. It’s about to go down tomorrow. Y’all go my son throwing up over here. Ur $ 3 nuggets now turned into life threatening meal and $ 4900 hospital bill

Normally, I wouldn’t review a McDonald’s but the lady, I’m going to assume is in management, had a disrespectful attitude. I bought my sausage mc muffin meal, which was ok considering it’s here and a large coffee. I went to get a refill of said large coffee, and the lady started questioning the cashier about who is getting the refill. We’re they customers inside or outside. Then in a condescending manner Said they(there was another refill other than mine) were not to be served again. Really! Makes you want to give them a piece of your mind.(I don’t give pieces out anymore, need what I have left intact.) So, since I don’t often frequent McDonalds I found this attitude annoying. That’s my 2 cents worth, which after taxes is only about 1.68 cents. Done with my complaint. Have a good day.

They ALWAYS yes ALWAYS got the order WRONG every single time!!! The workers are either high or daydreaming. When we nicely remind them«please don’t forget this time» they still forget. ANNOYING!

Whether you like McDonald’s or not, you know the quality of the food you will get. For me McDonald’s is just what it is: a decent place to get good food. This review is related to the service at this McDonald’s franchise. It is meant as constructive criticism in order for the store to make a better impact to its current and future customers. I normally go to the drive-up for any McDonald’s. For the last couple of Sundays, it was busy and a opted to park and walk-in. Both times, there was nobody taking orders at the counter for at least a couple of minutes. I am assuming at this point that it was«all-hands-on-deck» to get the drive through line processed as quickly as possible. Suggestion 1: Do not please your drive-in customers at the expense of the walk-in customers. I ordered a breakfast item(after breakfast hours) and was told that they were no longer serving breakfast. I indicated that all the McDonald’s adds say they serve breakfast all day. I was then read out a list of breakfast items they served. My choice was not on there, even though it was advertised on the web site. Suggestion 2: Do not try to deceive your customers. Or is it know your corporate rules? I also ordered a Premium Buttermilk Crispy Chicken Deluxe Sandwich and was quickly told that it only comes grilled. Really??? At the start of the day? Suggestion 3: Make sure you have enough stock on hand to provide what you advertise. Finally, it took over ten minutes to get my order completed, while my latte’ sat there. See Suggestion 1. For now, I will stay away from this McDonald’s franchise and patronize another. At some point, I will come back as it is conveniently located near my home. I hope then that my experience will be much better.

Came in almost at closing time, five minutes before 10, and was welcomed in by one of the employees. Had the best 6 pieces of chicken mcnuggets of my life. The lady at the cashier asked if I wanted bbq sauce. I said bbq sauce AND ranch dressing. The order also processed quickly Couldn’t have asked for better service, and yummier, in essence, what IS chicken nuggets.

Right next to my work. I have gain a lot of weight thanks to its location. Besides the point, the drive thru is quick. This is different from the other McDonald’s. They only have 1 line. Expect the same quality of just a typical McDonald’s menu. You’ll get your food and be on your way.

So they got your order wrong and instead of bringing the mistake to their attention nicely – which would have been more simple and quicker by the way, you chose to instead waste your time and energy to yell at the entire staff like a tantrumming child until you got what you wanted. And I hate to break it to you, but I don’t think threatening to talk to HQ will change the fact that the staff did their JOB and was completely polite – actually too polite in handling your situation. Mistakes happen, and especially in this fast paced environment, it’s bound to happen. Grow the f up, no one needs your bs during this time of the year. The show you’ve put on was worse than the fits I get from my kids at work. …Is what I should have said to the woman who made a complete fool of herself at the MCD I decided to walk into on my lunch. I got your back, staff. I remember what it’s like to work in customer service. Some people are just too ridiculous. And lady if you’re reading this then good, I hope you get some common sense and a heart for the holidays. –Zandra

I am writing this because I did not like the front lady there the other day. She was pissed off about something, and could not control her self in front of paying customers. I like burgers, but I hate a side of bad customer service next to it. I will not return to this one unless I have to. I prefer to go to the other one couple of blocks up the road.

This is a great late-night date night destination! The ambiance, though brightly-lit, was quiet and intimate at 9PM. Perfect for the dinner part of dinner and a movie. I ordered the chicken nuggets and they arrived to me fresh out of the deep frier. These chicken nuggets were the crispiest little chunklets of processed poultry that I have ever had the pleasure of introducing to my mouth. As a chicken nugget enthusiast, I have had McDonald’s Chicken McNuggets from McDonald’s locations all around the country, and all around the globe. These nuggets however, were the crispest and most decadent morsels I have ever sampled. While my boyfriend got a beverage with his order, I opted out(wasn’t feeling sugar in the moment). The cashier offered us a free second soda cup anyways(I politely declined). This no doubt stems from their commitment to maintaining a romantic atmosphere for their patrons, and it worked! Thank you, Capitol Expressway McDonald’s, for helping me keep the spark alive in my relationship. 5⁄5 stars.

Used to be quick and efficient, but the past several months this locations is hands down the worst of the 3 local mcD’s in the area. Average about 50% accuracy rate on orders in drive thru, and can get extremely slow at times when average crowd. Unsure if they have new inexperienced management or what, but even after an extra-terrible experience of 25min wait plus wrong order, I was not offered anything extra like the typical free $ 1 this or $ 2 that, or even a free apology. Save your sanity and go to the one on Snell or Almaden. This place is either incompetent or gave up trying.

This review is just based on customer service. I got a coupon for a buttermilk crispy chicken with free medium fries and drink. I decided to try it for the first time. The place was under construction, so pretty crowded for parking. My order was to go, but the employee put my order on the tray by accident. I know this is not the first time this had happen to me. When I told her the order was supposed to be to go, she gave me a dirty look like I changed my mind or something. Oh well you want to be rude to me, one star biatch!

Maybe I came here on a bad day but I’m not coming back to this particular McDonalds. I ordered one of the crispy chicken sandwiches(I forget which). The part that was supposed to be crispy was soggy. The meat inside was tough with bits of gristle. It was edible but not worth $ 5.00. Overall there’s better McDonalds. At least this one tries to be clean inside.

All I wanted was a McGriddle and an iced coffee before class. I was running low on time but I had confidence that McDonalds had my back and would get me my food quickly. I mean, breakfast is the most important meal of the day and I would be fool to miss it. Long story short I was LATE to class because they took so damn long. On top of this, I had to be a douche and show up late to class with McDonalds breakfast. Smh McDonalds. Smh.

Right next to a Chevron gas station right on the Capitol Expressway Auto Mall. They have their own parking lot and it has shade thanks to the awesome trees. It is clean, fast and serves your favorite fast food items. I keep wondering when will they offer McDonald’s Tacos? I really wanted a Taco. After going up and down the Communication Hill Steps for 5(Five) straight times without stopping and when my legs feel like Jello, I’ll treat myself to an ice cream cone from McDonald’s. I deserve it!(No. I don’t). Its just an excuse to eat with Zero F*s given! If you come here right after going up and down those stairs, you’ll feel like you deserve the entire gallon of ice cream. Seriously. Aaahhhhhhhh! There you have it. I screamed for ice cream. Your turn.

Never thought I’d give a McDonald’s a good rating, but here it goes. After working out in Communication Hills, brother and mother wanted to stop here before heading back to the dealership for my car. Tina’s Tips and Tantrums — Chicken nuggets are always good — Fries are addicting — Snack Wrap, I always get crispy and with honey mustard, not enough chicken in the wrap though — New smoothies were good, strawberry banana and mango pineapple. — The frozen strawberry lemonade reminded me of Great America’s except sweeter and more concentrated — Do not get strawberry shake, way too sweet and fattening — Keith, the register person, was friendly and generous. He delivered our food to our table. Isn’t that nice? Never usually have that kind of service at a McDonald’s.

They’re quick, they’re nice, they get their order right. This location has outdoor seating, and if I sit outdoors after 5pm, it’s perfext sunlight, shade from the umbrella & the right amount of breeze :) I sound dorkie right? … Not if you work a desk job walking distance away, that little time sitting there reading an e-book is well deserved. Of course it goes well with a large caramel frappé(way better than starbucks! better priced too), a grilled chicken club(no lie, but the chicken is never over cooked to that annoying dry taste, it’s so juicy!), lettuce and tomato accompanied by bacon! crispy crispy bacon! :) warning, the parking lot does tow if parking time limit is over!
