While the bedside manners have been ok, the doctor did not heed to the contextual information I shared regarding my child’s condition. He misdiagnosed the condition and sent us home with a antibiotic prescription for conjunctivitis, when it was clearly not. It was a chalazion not conjunctivitis and you’d think an ophthalmologist would know this basic diagnosis.

Make no mistake… Dr. Masi is exceptional, and the important person in my eye health for 30 yrs. When possible, he can make blind men see. Early warning signs shouldn’t be ignored. Early and accurate diagnosis is the answer… preventive care that never quits saved my life… although MediCare & health care insurance companies don’t adequately pay-​up for the surgical procedures.
Thanks for being there for my family Dr. Masi, you are the best.

I have known Dr. Masi for 20 years now. He has a great bedside manner and is an expert in his field. He is extremely nice and always in a great mood, smiling, laughing, and always asks you how you are and how have you been. He always gives me a hug and asks about my family, who are also his patients. He also assists Dr, Biswell in Corneal Transplants. He is a phenomenal doctor! I highly recommend him.
