An impressive amount of education and experience makes Leonel Lucio the best candidate to run Marblus Granite & Tile Inc. Leonel graduated from SJCC with degrees in liberal arts, construction and technology. He is currently working on obtaining his architectural & interior design degree from West Valley College.

In 2007, Leonel became the founder and co-​owner of Marblus Granite and Tile Inc., where he continues to design spaces for business owners, restaurateurs, and residences that showcase his talent.

All Natural Stone gave us Marblus Granite and Tile’s card when we asked for a recommendation for a fabricator, and are we glad they did. Lucia and her crew were professional from start to finish. Lucia walked us through the process and let us know what to expect. Leo arrived on time to make the templates, and we met with Lucia to lay out how we wanted our quartzite cut. On the day of the installation (a day ahead of schedule), the crew made sure to cover our wood floors with tarps and the cabinets were covered in plastic. When everything was completed, the crew wiped down the surfaces, vacuumed the floor and used a blower on the driveway. We are looking at a bathroom renovation in the future and plan on using Marblus again. To say we are happy is an understatement.

Lucia, Leo and Victor and the crew from Marblus installed our quartzite kitchen counter top and beveled tile back splash and also organized the demo of our existing product. We were exceptionally pleased with quality of the work from start to finish and the final product has exceeded our expectations. We had a difficult area to address around a bay window in the kitchen that required imagination and expertise and the result of their troubleshooting was flawless. Most significantly, Lucia patiently explained the process of planning for the installation, from start to finish. The crew was neat, friendly, and did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. Because we are so pleased with their workmanship, we plan to use Marblus to install another new counter top and tile in several bathrooms.

I just had a bathroom remodel done. I spent a couple of hours with the designer of the company doing the remodeling visiting several fabrication places for the flooring and countertop materials (still had not decided if I wanted marble or granite). The countertop color/​look that I realized I wanted was not at the places I visited and came up with nothing that day. A day later the designer called to tell me of Marblus and to meet with Lucia as she thinks she may have the slab I was looking for. The location was not the easiest to find and hard to tell which door to actually go into since doors/​gates were locked. I believe there are cameras to see who is coming and going since someone came out while I was trying to figure out how to get in. Lucia showed me several slabs that I may be interested in and I found the one that I liked. She was very responsive whenever I made contact via phone, text or email. I would definitely go through with them again for future projects.

We’ve done two jobs in two different homes with this incredible company! Lucia is fantastic, and always goes above and beyond! She is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. Just finished a kitchen countertop job with Marblus. After weeks of research on fabricators, visiting slab yards, as well as big box stores, I found them online, and decided to stop by. I quickly realized they were the company for me. Lucia is absolutely fantastic to work with and truly genuine. She understood my budget and worked within my parameters. Leo came to the job site the next business day and completed a template and offered some great suggestions. The crew was courteous and professional, and really took care of the small details. Great pride in their work. I am very happy I was able to find them. I am referring all my family/​friends in need of services to them.

In the process of totally remodeling 2 bathrooms I contracted with Marblus for not just the marble/​stone work but also to build the cabinetry (2 very large vanities and a 9×6′ cabinet). The cabinets are exceptionally beautiful… very detailed craftmanship. The marble vanities are perfect. Lucia is a real pleasure to work with… very responsive, great with suggestions, doesn’t waste anyone’s time. She has a great team. Most importantly, she meets her commitments and delivers a very high-​quality product.

We were referred to Marblus /​Lucia by All Natural Stone and have experienced a service /​quality level second to none. Lucia was always there with a recommendation, from picking out a backsplash, to advising on the final granite counter top color and finish. We wavered between a few different shades of green, and in the end her choice, given our kitchen colors and lighting, was perfect. She even gave us some great cabinet ideas for our next phase.
Marblus workers were always on time, and are extremely proud of the work they do. It really shows.
I highly recommend Marblus, especially if it is your first time working with granite or other natural stone finishes.

…and three years later, we had an issue with our carrara marble counter (cleaning ladies put some kind of caustic cleaner on that stripped the finish on part of the counter), I called Lucia to see what could be done and she spent nearly 30 minutes consulting with me on how to fix the problem. I call that great service. Our bathrooms are next to be updated, Lucia will be our first call. They’re great.

Returned my first call, asked me to email plans to her which I did the same day, after that, no response to multiple phone calls to her office and cell over multiple days.
Don’t know what happened but got a very different response from the other reviews listed here.
It is now Thursday and I first tried contacting her last Saturday. Lots of time and energy wasted on a non-​responsive vendor.

I must begin by saying that I opened a Unilocal account specifically to comment on Marblus Granite and the exceptional work they did at my house.
We went through a year long re-​build/​renovation of a 1920’s Rose Garden home and have experienced the good, the bad and the ugly when it comes to contractors and service providers. I must say that out of everyone we have worked with in the last 12 months Marblus far succeeded them all.
When working on a long and extensive project there are many ways to rank a contractor…
and usually it is as the old saying goes you have to choose two of the following:
good service– cheap wont be fast
good service– fast wont be cheap
fast service– cheap wont be good
However, this does not apply to Marblus.
I went to Lucia with a list of granite slabs I had gotten quotes on (from other companies). She was able to negotiate with outside vendors for the specific slabs I wanted, in turn getting me a wholesale price. In addition, she did extensive research and found better pricing on slabs that that were similar to what I found myself and in-​turn saved me thousands of dollars.
However, her work on locating and negotiating the material was just the beginning of the superb service I received. Leo, who is in charge of instillation and labor was incredible. He is very knowledgeable and is honest in giving his opinion of the best options for the space, however, he is not pushy and is willing to do whatever the customer ultimately wants. His team is professional, on time, clean and efficient. They ask questions to clarify, however they don’t have to be baby-​sat. And most importantly they come when they say they will and complete jobs on time.
If every contractor and vendor I worked with on my house was as professional and efficient as Marblus I’m sure my project would have been completed on-​time and on budget (which is always impossible with large products). I have recommended Lucia and Leo to everyone that I hear is considering a remodel and I will use them exclusively in the future for all the projects that I personally have.

Lucia and the crew are great! They installed my new kitchen countertop, and it looks perfect. The guys were always on time and on schedule, and always cleaned up after themselves. They worked fast too — in three days everything was done. It was very convenient that they do everything — demolition, counter prep., countertop, backsplash tile, and plumbing, and their prices are reasonable. Lucia actually suggested a way for me to save money on the remodel — I ended up following her advise and saved almost half price of the material. Will use them again!

I had an excellent experience with them. Their price was very reasonable. The work was performed quickly, within 2 days of accepting their quote and having them measure the counter. The installation was perfect! No gaps, no glue drips, & everything was measured exactly right. The workers left the bathroom spotless when they left. I would use them again without a second thought.

Fabulous Fabricators! We hired Lucia and her team to install granite in our kitchen and marble in 2 fireplaces and they did an outstanding job on all.
From our initial meeting to the last ounce of sealer on the stone, Lucia and her team had fantastic quality and outstanding customer service.
Lucia worked with us as we struggled to find the right material for the job. She not only advised on what she thought would look nice in our home, more importantly, she steered us out of the woods when we wanted to buy some stone with fissures and she advised us to hold out for better quality. She is well known and respected by all of the marble/​granite stores we visited (all of them in the bay area), she helped us purchase the product at great prices too.
Then she and her team followed through with templating and deciding on edging. They move quickly — in a flash our product was installed by her really nice and professional team. Leo provided great advice on installing the marble properly to accommodate what I wanted to do with the mantle etc.
The installation was top– knotch, you can’t see any seams. We get compliments on how nice our stone looks.
If you’re looking for a fabricator — look no further, Lucia (knowledgable professional owner) and Leo and team are the best!

Hurray for women-​owned businesses! Lucia knows how to get things done. I received her info from my contractor. We began our communications via email, and it was so refreshing to interact with someone so responsive. She sent me quotes the very same day I sent her my kitchen measurements; two days later, I met with her on a Saturday (she even met after her shop had closed!); she had her dude Leo out on Monday to template, and by Friday, our new quartz countertops were in!
She and Leo are very upfront. They advised us where the seams were going, how close the edges would cut…
If you’re shopping for Caesarstone, consider the lesser-​known brand Chroma. We got the same exact color for $ 200 cheaper per slab.
Minus one star for a 1-​cm nick on one of the edges and my hubby thinks they overbuffed the seam. So fine, it’s not PERFECT, but we’re still happy, especially given the pricing and the fast turnaround (other places quoted 10 business days!).
