I was searching for a reclining bed for my dad. He had just got out
Of the hospital and could only sleep posted up. I was at a loss searching the Internet for a twin bed that reclines. He needed one fast. I finally found Mancini’s Sleepworld and spoke with James. I was very upset and short on the phone. James not only treated me with great compassion and empathy. He listened to my needs and he had exactly what I wanted !
Yaaahooo I went straight over there after work. Every bed is clean, well made in the store. James was even nicer in person. I felt like he understood my heartache for my father. I paid for the bed right there. James arranged the delivery the next day. They even set up the whole bed for my dad. You know buy quality bed and you buy from Mancini’s. Don’t waste your time with those other cheap bed company’s.
So, James if you happen to read this Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me so much.

Just had a great experience buying a mattress here! Roland and James were extremely friendly and professional. After asking me questions on what type of feel I wanted and showing me 3 beds I knew exactly what kind of mattress I wanted and what fit my sleeping preferences. I had a budget in mind and they were able to meet it no problem. Free delivery and was able to schedule it for when I want. Easy and fast purchase. Hopefully I won’t be needing to buy a bed again anytime soon but I will definitely refer people that want one to Roland and James here!

went into Mancinis to look around which I hate because sales associates always pressure you into buying items, but this gentleman Joe had the patience and did not hover around. he offered juice and water and made us feel at home !! He has the best customer service and is very specialized in mattresses and he knows what he’s talking about … I would definitely come back to this location !!

While I have working with James a while, the last two times I came in, James was not working, so we got to know Joey. Joey is a really nice, extremely knowledgeable, no nonsense, and very helpful. He’s not pushy and tries to figure out what you are looking for and what you need. The result is a very pleasant experience and satisfied customer.

On 11÷11÷15 my fiancé and i, brother, and sister in law walked into this store not expecting anything but to browse. We were immediately greeted by Richard Gonzales who was a friendly man. Richard was very knowledgeable and made our experience fun and unforgettable on purchasing our first item for our new home. We walked out with an amazing deal that we couldn’t pass up. Richard made this by far a great experience for all of us. He really exceeded our expectations. We definitely will be returning here in the future.

Great mattress for a good price. James is really helpful. We knew that we liked Stearn and Foster, and we tried each of the mattress in store a couple of times and finally picked an Estate one. James was very good at making you comfortable at the store. He leaves you enough room to experience and his explanation of the difference was quite to the point. And most importantly, he was able to offer us a price that’s within our budget (price is better than Macy’s)Since we haven’t got our bed frame picked yet, we don’t know if we need the spring box. Since we have 120 days to try out our mattress, if we find out that we don’t need a spring box within 120 days, we can have it returned and get 240 back！
All in all, very good experience and we are looking forward to receiving our mattress this coming Sat!

Had an excellent experience with Juan Chan and the management here — would definitely recommend! My wife and I were in search of a mattress for our bed as well as our two year old, and had been to a few other stores where we couldn’t find anything we liked or the price was outrageous.
Juan helped us find what we were looking for and was very professional — no pressure, just wanted to make sure we got the best deal possible. We were also there with our little one and they were super patient — in the end we got a great deal on a mattress that really met our needs, and found the prefect mattress for our son as well. On top of that they delivered the next day, so after writing this review we’ll be going to bed on our brand new mattress. Not much more you could ask for from a business :)

I had a great experience shopping here with Bryan. He was very knowledgable about all of the different mattresses and showed us which ones to try out based on our sleeping preferences. He even threw in some free sheets =)

James Dennis provided one more time a great experience buying a mattress. We bought several years ago from him at the store in Mountain View. We tracked him down and we found him in the Steven Creek store. He has the knowledge and provides great customer service. When we buy our next mattress we will buy it from James again.

We were going to buy a bed at IKEA but decided to try Mancini’s first just to compare better quality vs price. We got a great deal on something waaaaaay better than what we could ever find at IKEA for a similar price. Bryan was awesome and so helpful in keeping us within budget. He really knows his stuff. Plus with delivery/​assembly and hauling away the old bed… its totally worth it. No frustration with assembling an IKEA bed and figuring out how to get rid of the old bed. SO much more convenient. I highly recommend Mancinis and you definitely need to work with Bryan. :)

We have bought three different mattresses from Jim Dennis while he has worked at three different locations. He is very easy to work with very knowledgeable and helps you stay within your budget. He is also helped us with bedroom furniture. very helpful with delivery options and great follow-​up to make sure you’re satisfied and you received your purchases on time. Will definitely do more business with Jim in the future. We recommend him to all of our friends and family.

My fiancé and I had been shopping at other stores and gotten the hard sell. When we told people our budget they ignored us explaining that you couldnt put a price on sleep. We got tired of salesmen trying every trick in the book to get our business. It was exhausting.
We went in to Mancini and James started showing us options. He asked our budget and when we told him he didn’t look disappointed, he didn’t sigh, and he didn’t start in trying to get us to up our limit. He said that we’d want to look one side of the store instead of the other, and went right in to helping us find the most comfortable mattress we could. He helped us a lot without hovering over us, and let us get a sense of what we wanted. When we thought we found the one, he showed us one other just to be sure, but we told him we were good.
James made us a good offer, and when we said we’d have to discuss it, he said OK. No pressure to give an answer right then, no act now urgency.
We went back to the store a day later to buy, and there was no question about what we wanted or the price offered. We are looking forward to our mattress delivery and a good nights sleep on our new bed.

My boyfriend and I just left this store after purchasing a Sealy iComfort California King mattress with an adjustable bed frame. We were greeted immediately by Brian, who was low-​pressure, knowledgeable and professional from the start. He’s also a great conversationalist.
Brian explained all of our options for bed/​frame combinations, and how financing worked. Never once did we feel pressured into making an uninformed decision, nor did we feel that he tried to upsell us with anything we didn’t want or need.
Brian was assisted by James in making our sale, and we agree that they were both honest, helpful and all-​around kind people. They set us up with some goodies, as well as same-​day delivery and takeaway of our old mattress and bed frame. We cannot wait for the delivery, and will recommend this store to anyone in the market for a new mattress!

Never ever will I purchase any bed mattress ever again from Mancini’s. The owner who advertises on tv is full of bs. We had bought a very expensive mattress about 3 years back for our daughter and then she transferred to another job to Oregon. The mattress broke down and when I contacted the store they had nothing that they would do to help in replacing the mattress. I contacted the company owner 2 times and the sleeze never returned a call. I found out that 2 other people had the same problem. If you buy a mattress from Mancini’s be aware of poor service for warranty items.
We recommend staying with places like Macys or other stores that have out of state agreements with each other to cover warranty problems. We have had positive experiences from both sleep train and Macy’s.

My husband and I was in the market for a new mattress. We had a game plan. Go to Mancini’s then head down the street to Mattress Discounters and finally Sleep Train.
Richard greeted us when we walked in and immediately asked us what were were there for. He then asked us about our budget and then took us on a tour of the sales floor having us try the mattresses he recommended. We ended up finding a mattress that we liked and within our budget.
Richard was very personable. He made our experience stress-free…and just like that… we were done mattress shopping! We took advantage of the Tax-​free deal and free delivery and he even threw in two nice pillows!

I was excited to get a new bed, buuuuut I was dreading the process. It’s fitting that auto row also has mattress stores, because they feel like the same process. We had a plan: start a spreadsheet on the phone, drive down Stevens Creek, hit up every mattress store between Valley Fair and Lawrence Expressway, go home, and compare/​contrast to make our final decision.
One… Two… Three… *groan*… Go!
Our first stop was Mancini and it just so happened to be our only stop.
Joe welcomed us and gave us the lay of the land. There were 90 mattresses in the store, but he kept us focused. «You like the feel of this? Let me show you similar styles.» Joe kept it relaxed, assured us that it’s about personal taste, and gave us the time to get comfortable on the mattresses. When we narrowed it down to the Aireloom that’s when Alan tagged in.
Alan gave us the specs, explained what we get with the Aireloom, told us where else they sell the brand, and since the style we were looking at was the one not on sale, he told us that we’d get the same discount. I didn’t even have to ask. Without saying it, he assured us that we were getting a great deal. When we decided on the mattress, he made sure we had everything we needed to actually sleep in it. Nothing worse than buying something nice and not getting to use it right away. (Remember when your parents forgot the batteries when you were a kid at Christmas?)
Overall, great experience. I told Joe they were like the Nordstrom of mattress stores. Great customer service, great selection, and reassurance there’d be no issues if we ever had issues after purchase.
Amazing bed, great price, and the gift of time (for not having to run around each store). Can’t beat that!

Alan was very patient, he explained all the terminology without rushing us into any decision. he didn’t push us to buy the more expensive mattresses. Further, he quickly realized what we’re looking for and suggested the right mattresses for us to try. All in all, it took us about an hour to make a decision.
Another thing that also helped with the sale is knowing that we can change our mind and return/​replace the mattress for free (limited to one replacement).
We got the new mattress on the same day and now it’s been a week and so far we’re happy!

Went to steven’s creek store to tryout mattress. Alan the sales person walked me through bunch of models but really couldn’t tell the detailed difference between them (specs, constructions, materials…), seemed like he was just picking things out for you to try randomly.
When I ask for price, he would only give the price for the one I like «the best». He also claims it was the last day for their tax free sale and it could save me couple of hundred dollars plus tax. Seems like he’s pushing for a sale right away.
Well guess what, the next day it is still tax free sale.
I would avoid this store for the dishonest sales person.
