12 $ Car wash was horrible. Tri color soap was uneven. Soap was only on my driver side. When I went in to bring it to the managers attention, she gave me more of a problem the. Solution. She began to say «well idk what it is you want me to do for you because I just went threw it two hours ago and it was working just fine» meanwhile she’s rolling her eyes and shifting her neck. I tried to speak to her nice with respect but after she continued to talk to me as if I was an idiot yes I lost my cool and raised my voice. When I asked for the owners contact number she gave me the stores number and when I asked when the owner will be in she laughed and said she comes and goes. Horrible experience.

Terrible car wash quality and it costed me $ 10!!!

Coffee was cold as shit and their advertising two gas process the cheaper one is with a car wash not if u pay cash place is clean but more expensive than normal

I’m giving this location a 1 star because the wait time for the car wash is ridiculously long. In a line with 4 cars, the wait time was over 30 minutes. Really inconvenient.

Gas is expensive! The owner keep this place clean. The location is convenience freeway is seconds away. Plus there two more gas station across the street so you can always compare the prices on the spot. You can’t missed the plaza is across the street if you wanted to get some grub, check out Mu Pueblo they got some good Mexican food.

I called this location the other night around 8pm because the Bird Crap on my car was bugging me to the core and I wanted to clean it off before it could damage my car’s paint. I called to insure the Car wash portion of the gas station would be open as to NOT waste my time or gas.
When I called an older sounding women answered (I won’t name any nationality here) so i politely asked what time the car wash closed. Instead of giving me a straight answer she questioned why i would be coming to get a car wash so late in the evening? It was not only what she said but her tone as well. Super rude. I called another Shell station and the service was far better than this location.
I ended up waiting the next day and washed it myself. I figured I’d keep my wallets rich rather than theirs! Especially after that unfortunate event.
SOME ADVICE: Just answer the question without questions! Impressions are everything!

Convenient and Right off the McKee exit. Cashier is so nice and always greets with a smile. The worst part is coming from 680 South. trying to merge onto McKee. that part is an accident waiting to happen! Careful!

One of the two main shell gas stations I shop at. They are really good about having competitive gas prices and the people are always friendly. I went there twice yesterday, and their car wash area was closed. Weird.
