Business Owner
I started the Shack as a new addition to San Pedro Square Market in San Jose to fill a void in the seafood area. It is our goal to provide sustainable, quality products quickly and well prepared. Our beach theme suggests the casual attitude of oceanside stands only here it is always summer. My past experience in the food business included planning and executing banquets up to 1200 folks as well as running the number one seafood restaurant in the South Bay. I look forward to meeting you and extending our hospitality to your friends and family. We build our business on customer relations and communication. If you have suggestions or comments please let us know when you visit us. It is our intention to serve the best product and provide the best service. That has always been a factor that made Lou’s Village last from 1946 – 2006 and will also start a new tradition with Lou’s Beach Shack doing same.
