I wanted to start a new business but needed to keep it separate from my existing business. I didn’t know where to start but I had met Jonathan through my Chamber of Commerce networking group. He took the time to explain the various different ways of structuring a business entity and how they would impact me, my family, and my existing business in terms of liability. Hi have known Jonathan for several years now. I recently asked if he could create an employment contract for my firm.
We sat down for a short meeting so I could explain what I was looking to accomplish. He was very instrumental in walking me through having some items I wanted placed in another document. It turned out his advice was well spot on as one of the scenarios actually occurred.
He quickly completed the contract ready for my review. I had a couple questions and he walked me through the meanings of some of the clauses and why they were in the contract. Overall, the process was simple, quick, and proven successful.

Per phone call only: Spoke with David Lu today in regards to assisting my parents with their litigation. David was very polite, respectful, and patient with me. This review is for David Lu who was my acting attorney in my child custody/​divorce case. Prior to meeting David, I had another attorney from another firm (Mabel Lin) who I spent almost a year working with and was unable to make any progress. The only thing I ended up getting from Mabel was a very large bill I had to pay and numerous continuances (not what I was looking for).
