History

Established in 2009.

The Leaf Lab first started as a simple 4 member collective. As membership grew, so did contributions. Our current facility was constructed from recycled, reused and donated materials from our members who have also donated hundreds of hours of time to help improve the overall community. All these efforts are for the sole purpose of providing members safe access to high grade medical cannabis products for the lowest price possible. The Leaf Lab is the type of collective proposition 215 intended.

I use to be a fan of leaflab. So the reason behind my new review ?! I received a text alert which I guess I subscribed too. But when they were sending me texts on what I should vote for I replied not thinking anything of it since it came back from those 5 – 6 digit text numbers. But I received a text back from a different number a 510 area code and their response ?? What your saying is invalid and you have to vote Yes first off I never agreed on you sharing my number with ANYONE and I sure don’t need your opinion on what I should vote for or to even hear you think I’m incompetent. This unprofessional behavior and attitude is uncalled for and highly disrespectful the lack of compassion clearly shows. And I hope I get a response back since when I call the manager «isn’t there «. This place is shady!!! BEWARE THEY SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.

I asked what edibles they have and they pointed out a great selection; everything from macaroons to gummies. 20mg-​1000mg The pricing is very fair. They even have $ 2-​$ 3 single dose edibles.
They consistently carry 5 or more brands of those vape cartridges. That’s unexpected of such a small place but they got it.
The budtenders are always recommending strains and when you show curiosity towards a strain on display, they bring up a fresh 8th for you to take a peek at. It’s nice to see up front what you are getting
The staff is quite friendly and I would come back again whenever I’m in the area. Seriously fair prices.

I live 2 & ½ hours away & let me just tell you that this place is beyond worth the traffic & drive! Met Ashley, sales manager and man does she knows her flowers! Very clean inside and fast verification! Amazing quality flowers & several selections to choose from. My first time experience here & I would recommend this place to everyone! I rarely give 5 stars out, so just know Leaf Lab is the best!!!

Great customer service. .prices are a bit high but that’s okay. They take debit cards which Is awesome BUT there’s a fee and with the fee from your bank not cool. I would’ve given more stars if it wasn’t for their bottles the medicine comes in. They are cute but a BIATCH to open since my hands do not work correctly so then I have to grunt and take deep breaths to open lol lol I’m so serious. .I have to muster up the strength. But their medicine is good quality unlike others I go to. I’ll be there today hahahhaha I’m going to ask if they can package it in something different. OH forgot to say that everything is pr-packaged…whack. but again very nice, sweet and attentive people who works there. UPDATE…
Okay so I went in and again how nice are they!!! Anywho she showed me an easy way to. open the bottle but she was more than willing to repackage for me :-) happy camper. today is cash only so bring ya mula!!! 3 stars to 5 stars

Came here and was treated like a real patient, quick and painless transaction. DEBIT Card system is better than most places that only take CASH. Reward system seems pretty fair and will be back for more flowers! I forgot the budtenders name but she was very polite and professional. All I saw was top quality flowers and the prices are well worth it. They record every transaction so you know how much you’ve spent while is a really cool feature.

i love coming here! i used to go to the place a few doors down until i got tired of all the ghetto ppl not genuinely trying to help you with your medicine.
i havent gone to there since i met the people at leaf lab.
this place is clean, the staff is very friendly, professional. and thats mostly why i like it so much! i get in and out of there in just about 5 minutes because the people that work there, are actually working!
i love them all, and ive never been disappointed. with high quality buds, a clean facility, and friendly, knowledgable staff, it’s hard not to give this place five stars :)

Their flowers are the pretty bomb. Their customer service is excellent as well. They assist you in making your decision. I came in on 4⁄20 and they did not have the flowers that I wanted, but offered me some other flowers at a discounted price. Good place to go, kinda pricey though.

Awesome place with awesome customer service! I would pass by on the way to purple lotus all the time but never early enough to check Leaf Lab out. I came right at closing time but was still able to get in, they kept the door open which was awesome (thank you twitter too!). It’s small, clean and the staff is super friendly and professional. They had a nice little selection of meds too! There are new member specials that last the month and also today (tues) was 15% off edibles I believe. Overall it’s a pretty cool place… I will be back!

This place is my favorite!
very clean, safe and professional. Super friendly staff! They will help you with everything and anything. I’ve never had to wait in line, which is perfect, usually I’m in and out in like 10mins, the parking is great too! They package their products in these cool little jars that come in handy later on. Customer service is beyond exceptional! Did I say that already? Oh yeah the product is top notch too! And they offer some amazing deals and rewards!

What more can I say than I love this place! From the service to the product, everything here is high quality.
Leaf Lab is located in a more industrial area right off of 101 in San Jose. The area seems safe (the female employees also assured me that they felt comfortable there as well) and there is plenty of parking.
I ordered my first order online and Dustin, the manager, had my registration done extremely quick. Ashley had my order ready to go and I was done in about ten minutes. I have gone back to Leaf Lab multiple times since and have received nothing but great service every time. Ashley always has a smile on her face and remembers my previous orders and makes recommendations based on what I liked and didn’t like. They also have great discounts and specials every day.
Overall, the personal service and quality of the Leaf Lab is rare among dispensaries in the area and I’m so happy to have found them.

As being a new patient to the «medical» cannabis world, this was my first club I had ever been to. That being said I really had nobody to compare them to but, after touring around, leaf lab is definitely one of the better ones.
I really like their location a little far from home for me but easy to find right off 101 (looking for sign helps) and close to school. Safe area I don’t feel intimidated.
I love that you can mix and match your 1⁄8. And prices are reasonable, not too mention what a great quality they have. you can leave with just about anything and not be disappointed. The 2 budtenders Anne and ashley are so cool and fun to chat with! They really complete the experiance
I would recommend this club to anybody keep up the good work ladies! :)

The Leaf Lab was the first medical marijuana facility I visited when I finally got my use card. I have chronic arthritic pain which keeps me from sleeping and can effect my mobility and general attitude. The best means of medication for me is tinctures and edibles. Leaf Lab has the highest quality of these products including tinctures from the «Funny Honey» products. These products are difficult to find and the staff at Leaf Lab found them for me and let me know when they were available. The level of service at Leaf Lab is very professional and courteous. The staff is well educated and treat their patients with respect and kindness. This dedication to quality service and great product keeps me from needing to go anywhere else for my pain management. Thank you Leaf Lab staff!!!
