Jason Pintar will overcharge you very highly. Once he takes the retainer he will almost never be available. He is litigation-​happy and will make you go to court more often than needed because it is lucrative for him. No chance he will give you his cell number. If you call his office, you will only reach the junior lawyer who is still learning his craft. He will charge you hundreds of dollars an hour just for chitchatting with you on the phone. Jason Pintar is reasonably smart. However, all the money he will overcharge you is not worth the barely average service you will get. If you do due diligence and look around you will find an incredibly better attoney who will charge you much less for much better service.

I had the good fortune to run into Jason Pintar for my contentious family law case last year. He was my second attorney and was able to bring my case to final settlement. Jason is a very honest person, a dedicated family man with family values and did what he said he would do. He charges very fairly and did not nickel and dime me unlike a lot of lawyers out there. Jason was also very much for settling my case versus litigating, but there was a time when he needed to argue my case in court and he was simply awesome. I have spent my fair share of days in court where I have seen lawyers present arguments and I can tell when a lawyer has full command of the facts in the case and able to do so in a confident manner. Jason is a great family oriented lawyer well versed in a variety of subjects: divorce, child custody, estate planning, probate, trusts, etc. I initially got my living trust done through one of the online services, and while it was cheap, the disconnect in the whole process left a sour taste. Jason is the complete opposite as he worked with me in explaining everything I needed to know.
