Do not recommend, paying $ 5000 for divorce without prior warning when it was agreed that everything that needed to be done would cost around $ 1500 is outrageous!!!

I have no words

This law office has gone above and beyond for me. They have helped me feel confident in my case for child custody and support as their attorney/​client relationship exceeds any other law office I have ever been to. They have helped me understand so much I knew little of with how family court proceedings are done. Instead of just telling me what is going to be filed or what happens next, they ALWAYS take there time whether it be 5 minutes or an 1 hour to explain or answer my questions * which my questions can sometimes be time consuming :) *
Another great thing about this office– THEIR BEST QUALITY– is they make the client feel important. Every time I have called to speak with my attorney, I am never told to leave a message but am put straight through to them. And times that they are not in the office and I have left a message, they have ALWAYS ALWAYS called me back within 30 minutes. You cannot find that with any other office.
The attorneys are dedicated to help represent you, never have we filed any unnecessary papers or dragged anything on. Their knowledge and experience really shows through and of all my years of attorneys I am beyond grateful I came across this law office.
I will never recommend anyone else but BJ Fadem & Associates.

Fadem was my children’s attorney between 2011 and 2012. We had asked for relocation, and she was appointed to oversee that process. The children had been granted admission and tuition assistance in one of the top 10 schools in the world, and were awaiting court’s decision to relocate. Their father had no objection to our relocation either. However, Fadem did not want them to go.
In her first interview she bluntly told the kids «You’re not going anywhere, I will coach your dad to be a better father, and you can visit him one weekend a month!» Thats it. She presumed she was the Judge and could make these orders.
Thru her 2 years, she meticulously strove towards this outcome. She lied, cheated, misrepresented, stalled, called the children liars. When they informed her about being molested by their father, she turned a deaf ear, and later said neither the children or I had never told her about it — thank god for the documentation.
She filed stupid idiotic motions against me to harass me and have me sanctioned. Me — the primary caregiver of the children — their father was as narcsisistic and non existent in their life as Ms fadem.
It is my belief that every child who has her as his/​her attorney is cursed !
The matter dragged on and we were not able to relocate. The children lost their admission to the ivy league school. Tens of thousands were spent on litigation because of her behaviors.
In 2013, she was finally forced to resign by the Judge. Since then, everything has flowed smoothly. In fact father lost custody because of her behaviors (and his own, of course) and we are cleared to relocate.
So much for Fadem’s «helping the children».She is sadisic towards the children, attempting to harm them at every step. If children have attorneys like these, who needs enemies ?
Is rude, lies blatantly, misrepresents, vindictive, abusive towards clients, lazy, atrocious billing without providing services, narcissistic and self centered. Never answered emails from the children or myself, filed motions against me to harass me and attempted her best to have me sanctioned.
Horrible, horrible, horrible. truly what is worst about the judicial system in US. God help the children she represents…

I was referred to the law offices of Fadem & Associates by a friend who also had a child custody issue that needed to be resolved.
They have treated me with respect, truly listened to what my situation is and have given me some great advice on how we can proceed to clear up my issue and get things back to normal, was as normal as they can be in situations like this.
I’m so glad I found these guys and am benefiting from their passion, knowledge of the law and dedication to my case.
